"The view is splendid, beautiful, great for healing. However, the experience would be better if the room was cleaner. Don't get me wrong, it's clean, but the walls already have water spots at the ceiling and the room was quite dusty, maybe due to the sand blowing into the room I'm not sure, as our room is facing the sea. Also, it would be great if there is in-house laund,ry service especially for families with small children. The nearest self-laundry service is at Taman Bayu Damai. The wifi is also quite weak but you can try to find spots for better reception. Nevertheless, their staffs are very nice, friendly, and accommodating! Love them!"

"Front desk service are good and friendly as we ask for room near the water themepark for my son easy access, they give the blk F which just infront of the water themepark. Good for short staycation for family. 👍👍👍"

"Overall Good, With Room to Improve The hotel offered a pleasant stay with everything generally meeting expectations. The décor was acceptable and the rooms were maintained fairly well, though there is still room for improvement in overall cleanliness and attention to detail. Hospitality was courteous, but service could be more consistent to enhance guest experience. The biggest highlight is the excellent location, which made getting around very convenient. With a few upgrades in service and upkeep, this hotel has the potential to deliver an even better stay."

"I stayed at Lotus Seaview Beach Resort and overall had a pleasant experience. The most important point for me is its location, which is very convenient as it is close to my husband’s workplace. The cleanliness of the room was acceptable and the facilities provided were average but sufficient for a comfortable stay. I also appreciate that the resort has a café, which made it easy for me to enjoy a nice cup of coffee without having to go far."

"We stayed here on the day of my son’s 4th birthday. We were told that our room would take an extra 30 minutes for birthday decorations, but we were taken aback that the towel decorations alone took 30 minutes to set up. We also requested connecting rooms, but since we had booked king rooms, they were unable to change one of our king rooms to a twin and told us to rebook. However, the rooms are big, spacious, and clean. They come with a sofa that can fit an adult to rest on. The pool and the small playground next to it were great for keeping our kids entertained. The breakfast spread was good, with a lot of choices. Location-wise, it is very good. There were supermarkets, plenty of food options (many outside the hotel), and even a laundromat."

"Good for small groups to chill out together at a reasonable price range and a short stop stay-i you and family love a quiet escape to nature Lakeview Resort is a very quiet and close to a couple of sights including natural surroundings - next to it is the Alpaca Farm that holds numerous small animals for family visits with young kids too."

"First time staying at Sands and Sandals resort and I think we would definitely visit again one day! Had a surprise decoration, thank you to the hotel staff for the balloons and cake and the beautiful set-up. Check in and check out was a breeze too, probably as we were not affected by the peak period. Breakfast was good too! Our second morning was more crowded but there were more choices too and it wss delicious. Room was comfortable and everything is provided, like towels, bath essentials, dental essentials. The connection of the tv was also a bit iffy but we didn't mind. Parking was also easy for us and location felt safe. Near to tourist attractions like Adventure Waterpark and Woodfire too! Thank you for the great service!"

"A family-friendly hotel with variety of amenities and activities available. With direct access to the adventure waterpark at level 1 of the hotel, multiple entry to the waterpark is allowed within the day. Do expect to wait 15-30mins to enter the waterpark as it gets crowded over the weekends. Complimentary breakfast was provided. A decent spread for kids as well (cereal, mini pancakes, roti canai etc). I'd recommend to go between 7-8.30am to avoid crowds as it gets busy after 8.30am and you will expect a queue before you are seated. Do catch the live band between 8.30-11pm while enjoying some drinks. The perfect way to wind down after a long day. Drop off the kids at the Roxity Kids Club for some ”me-time”. Do check if your room booking includes complimentary access (1hr per kid). If it does and you intend to drop the kids off on the last day of your trip, drop them off first before checking out. Else the system will not be able to retrieve your booking and you will have to pay 35RM for 1hr play. Socks are required for kids to enter. Alternatively, you can purchase a pair at 5RM over the counter. Do check out the coffee bar right next to the gym. A relaxing ambience with variety of selection on the menu. There is also a swimming pool on level 3 and kids waterplay area on level 1, right outside of Roxity Kids Club. A souvenir shop is also available on level 3 near the reception area and a toys & candy shop on level 1. Other activities available on the facility is the huge chess board and archery."

"A very interesting place to be with family"

"This place is underrated, why? The unit nearest with the clean beach, have 3 type pools. Kat pantai ada own BBQ pit yg, ada stairway to heaven, cement chair, buaian. Pantai bersih, awal pagi bole layan sunrise, ptg bole layan sunset. Malam bole tenang tenang kat pantai & pool. Bilik bersih, ada siap own simple kitchen with balcony. Overall I am satisfied with this stay even though at first a bit disappointed coz I'm booking with remark request a 2 single bed & they overlooked into it but they still give me the room as request. Thanks Tiara & definitely will stay again."
