"1.Location: It's close to mrt (silom station) and bts (sala daeng station), so it's easy to move around. It's said that the mrt line has become longer in 2019.
2. Facilities: Only the 4th floor, no elbe, but the building itself feels like a new building and it's very neat~ Two people gave me a card key, but I can only open the front door of the 1st floor building with a card key~ Clean clean too~ President You are so kind~
3. Breakfast: Breakfast was as simple as bread (toaster), yogurt, milk, coffee, juice, and banana, but it was okay (photo #2) I eat in the lobby on the 1st floor, but there are only a few tables, but it was okay~ I give you a bottle of basic mineral water every day. 1 There is also a water purifier (how Coway! hahaha) in the floor lobby (picture 1)! Simple sweets, candy, mixed coffee, and tea are standard, so you can eat them anytime~ (photo #3)
4. The only downside is that the water pressure in the shower is a little weak, so I removed 1 star ㅠㅠ"

"Stayed in their Roselle Room for 3 nights. Huge room with walk-in closet, big bathroom, sitting room and 2 huge double beds. Although some of their wooden fixtures/furniture are a bit dated but the entire place is cleaned up nicely. Breakfast is quite standard - western dishes the same throughout our stay but the asian selection changes daily. The hotel should consider giving fresh fruit juices for their breakfast instead of mixture of concentrated juices. Their SPA is permanently closed. The porters in this hotel are superb and friendly - very helpful with arranging transportation. Location is really good - just across from Central Embassy shopping centre and a few metres away from the BTS Phloen Chit station. 7-Eleven also nearby across the overhead skybridge. Would definitely return for another stay in future."

"Good location, convenient for travel, very close to BTS Nana, but the smell of cigarettes in the room is very strong. Booked for 4 nights and booked another 1 night, making it 5 nights. The smell of cigarettes that the hotel could not fix until the check-out day. It may be because the room has no windows, so the ventilation is not very good. But convenient for travel"

"I stayed in the cheapest room, which didn't have a view, but had all the basic things. No bathrobe, no slippers. The walls are a bit thin, so it's okay to sleep with earplugs. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean.
Looking at the photos online, it looks exactly like the real thing. The restaurant is right by the river. I was worried about the smell before I came here. But no. It's close to khaosan, but you can still feel peaceful. The swimming pool on the rooftop is salt water. very nice."

"The good: Excellent location. walking distance to the most important temples, and THE VIEW from the restaurant is just amazing, directly across the river from wat arun, the sunset temple, and oh, the sunsets from there are unforgettable, totally worth it! They also have rooms with that same view. The rooms are clean, modern, and spacious. The bad: taxis, cars, Tuk tuks, cannot access so you have to walk about 100 meters, totally doable, but still…. The ugly: NO ELEVATOR, it’s just a couple floors, but when you’re templed out and dehydrated due to the scorching hot weather it’s a “nice to have” thing in your hotel…"

"My stay at UPAR Hotels Sukhumvit 11, Bangkok was quite average. While the location is convenient, the room itself was disappointing. The rooms are very small, making it difficult to move around comfortably. There was no safe box, and although a fridge was provided, there wasn’t enough space in the room to even connect and use it.
Additionally, there was a pillar awkwardly placed right inside the room, further limiting space. Several light fixtures were not working, and to top it off, the shower nozzle was broken, making the shower experience inconvenient.
Overall, the stay lacked basic comfort and functionality. If you’re looking for a budget stay and don’t mind cramped spaces with minimal amenities, it might work, but I wouldn’t recommend it for those expecting a comfortable or well-maintained room."

AAlbert JrGreat location and staff was excellent. Rooms were very comfortable and the pricing was very reasonable for the location. I think the only thing that I think I was disappointed in was the breakfast spread. Compared to other 5 star hotels in Bangkok, the quality and variety of food at breakfast was good but not as great as other hotels

The room is not very sound proof as I could hear when people were shutting their room doors. Overall, great stay and value for money.

For a start, Bell boy should offer help with luggage instead of waiting to be asked which is weird for hotel with staircase to lobby. And it’s unprofessional that the bell boy would wait for tip for bringing luggage to the room. The man in spec and wear brown is most cheerful and helpful staff that greets guest at hotel. Waitress unwell should wear mask instead of coughing in the restaurant while serving. Breakfast is lacking in both variety and quality. The bed and pillow are very comfortable and house keeping does a good job. The switch and plugs are located dangerously close to the pillow.

One note: the slippers provided in the room, are not suitable for the flooring outside the room (the hallways, reception, elevators) no pun intended, they’re SO slippery. I almost fell on many occasions. So if you’re thinking of wandering around the hotel with the slippers provided by the hotel, DON’T, use your own shoes

Mmytearsricochetbooked this hotel as it was right beside our concert venue for gracie abrams - about 2 minutes walk to emsphere.
we reached at about 12:30pm and they allowed us to check in early. room was very spacious, the only downside is that the room was too dim with the curtains closed even though every light in the room was turned on.
would suggest to skip on the hotel breakfast as there’s nothing much to compliment on. there were flies on the pastries 🥲🥲 there’s so many cafes nearby which opens at 7/8am & the food options there are way better imo.. emsphere has lots too.
overall, would go back again but without the opting for breakfast.

TTraveling With DaniThe response from the front desk when I wanted to request airport pickup was slow. As such, I ended up needing to book separate arrangement upon arrival to get to the hotel. The staff were very nice, though it felt like we had some minor miscommunications, which left checkout feeling a bit awkward.
The location is far from the subway stations, but buses are available. There's also a lot of good cafes and restaurants nearby.
The room itself was clean, though the bathroom had a strange smell, even when I'd come back from touring the city all day. I would still recommend this room if you like a quiet space to relax after touring.

PPattarakornI had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was great, especially the friendly and helpful front desk and dining area staff. I really liked the room—it was well-equipped with all the necessary functions and amenities for a comfortable stay.
The hotel facilities were also quite good. It’s located in the middle of Sukhumvit, which is convenient, though you do have to walk a bit from the main road to get there.
One downside was the breakfast—there weren’t many options, and I wouldn’t recommend paying extra for it. Also, there are no nearby food stalls or convenience stores, so you’ll need to rely on Grab for meals.
Overall, a nice place to stay if you’re looking for comfort and good service, but with a few small drawbacks in terms of food convenience.
