The hotel located in the area is not very safe.
But the hotel is aware, therefore when you enter the hotel, you will also need to punch the card.
The room inside does not have a kettle or fridge.
And also the AC was not working, it only provided warm air.
So if you don't open the window, it will be quite hot.
But if you open the window. it has a lot of mosquitoes.
Some sockets in the wall are not installed well, it was not working.
I was living on a high floor, the water pressure was not very good.
But the roof top pool view is looking stunning.

Great hotel and staff. The room was roomy and comfy. The only negative was the bed is very light so if you moved the bed moves around too lol. The room seemed to get quite dusty too which triggered some allergys. Would have been nice to have had a mini fridge and a kettle in the room too. Other than that the hotel was nice. Great location, walking distance to most attractions and 5 mins away from Las Ramblas which was very good. The hotel roof top view was the highlight, what a gem that was. Having my morning coffee and croissant with that beautiful view was a treat.

Property located close to downtown and walking distance from main attractions. This was good. I went in February and the hotel room was very warm - you can’t control and set the AC to your preference, it is capped off at certain temperature. The hotel also didn’t provide basic free coffee in the lobby or coffee machine in the hotel room as most hotels. Not a major issue but inconvenient at times. Otherwise, good staff and location.

The hotel was a good value for a budget vacation. The location is excellent, being very close to transportation, tours, and the Rambla. The neighborhood was a bit dirty and didn’t inspire a sense of security, but we simply didn’t over-stress it and spent most of time off the property. The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful!

Pros: Really comfortable stay, great sized room, decent location for central Barcelona.
Cons: It's really close to a courtyard filled with homeless people, which made us feel a little unsafe when travelling at night. If you leave the hotel and turn left, you won't have any problems.

Everything was easy at this hotel. Checking in and checking out was simple; any questions I had for the staff they could answer and direct me. My room itself was clean and had everything I needed in it. I really liked how eco conscious the hotel was with lighting, water and minimal use of plastic. The rooms were quiet and I never had my sleep disturbed by cars passing or others in the hotel. It’s an easy walk from the tube and bus stops with a carrefour on the corner. Over all a great stay, I would visit again.

Excellent stay, friendly stuff, very helpful. During the stay I had my birthday and they did a little gift, it was so pleasant. I was happy with service. Hotel location is very comfortable. Thank you for an amazing holiday in Barcelona.
