Hanting Hotel (Beijing Tiantan Store)

The window in the room was broken. The maintenance staff came and fixed it but didn't close the window. It was full of mosquitoes. The child was bitten all over and had lumps all over. It made us feel bad for the rest of the trip.

The room is clean and bright, and looks very new. The front desk service is also very good. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Beijing

Hanting Hotel is relatively clean, and the service is also very good, but the room heater is too warm. It only takes 7 minutes to walk to the Temple of Heaven by turning right out of the hotel. There is a time-honored Yaer Li Ji restaurant 5 minutes away by turning left. The mutton spine hotpot is delicious!

I am not particularly satisfied because the water in the bathroom sink is very slow, causing me to be covered in water every time I wash my face. Moreover, the toilet was blocked. The experience is not very good and the room rate is so expensive. Let's talk about service. One class of waiters is pretty good, but another class of waiters is not so good. Always looks like he owes money. The parent-child room was so small that I almost tripped over the walkway where the suitcases were placed. The experience is really bad.

The hotel environment is very good, the room is new, the mattress is comfortable, and the room type is upgraded for free. Good review!

Very nice and clean room

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the Temple of Heaven, very clean, the front desk staff is very friendly, free breakfast for one person, and a fruit platter. There is also red date and wolfberry tea at the front desk. I will choose this hotel next time I come!
