The service is excellent. The layout and decoration of the room are good. The windows facing the street are well soundproofed, especially the curtains. The light-blocking is super awesome. No light can penetrate after they are lowered. The toiletries used are verbena from seven plus, which is very good in hotels of the same price. The breakfast variety is not as good as those of the big resort hotels in Changping, but it is very carefully made, especially the steamed spareribs in black bean sauce, which is absolutely homemade and freshly steamed, not pre-made, and there is no thick and sticky sauce and sauce of pre-made products at all. The soup is particularly refreshing. The whole family stayed for three days and was very satisfied. Listening to the zither on the sixth floor at night, the little sister also taught my son to play it. It is just suggested that the parking lot be changed to an electronic lifting bar. The guy who greets guests at the door is also responsible for lifting the bar, which is very busy.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, and the front desk staff is still very good, even during the busy period, they are patient to answer our questions. The internal facilities of the room are smarter, and some facilities can be controlled by voice control, and takeaways can also be delivered by robots. Health is not bad, clean and tidy, garbage is cleaned up very promptly. Recommend everyone to choose this hotel to stay!

The hotel is quite far from the city centre and Daxing international airport, but is right next to a subway station. The hotel is located close to the Ming tombs and is better suited for hikes/sightseeing. The service was great and the room was very clean. The staff didn't speak English but was very ready to help.

This was a leisure activity. We came after booking the room. The receptionist was very enthusiastic and had strong language communication skills. All the problems we encountered were answered clearly. We arranged to stay in the middle room on the second floor. We, the elderly, were very grateful. The room was very high, with a wide view and comfortable air. Especially the bathroom, which was clean and sanitary, especially bright and smooth. I thought it was newly replaced. The housekeeping department sent snacks in the evening, which was so warm. The next day there was also a letter and a small gift, which was very touching. The hotel room was very basic with no coffee machine and a crappy hair dryer. I tried to use the clothes line in the shower to dry the kid's swim suits, but it didn't reach the other side of the wall and just snapped off in my hand.
The staff in the hotel are polite and helpful, but the staff in the hotsprings aren't so nice. I actually chose this hotel because the outside pools looked fun for kids, but it turns out it's part of a separate hotsprings area which isn't free for hotel guests. My husband and 2 month old had to buy a ticket to accompany my eldest and I even though they weren't using the facilities. Then, we only stayed outside for 30 minutes because we were eaten by mosquitoes. Avoid the outdoor hotsprings this time of year unless you don't mind mosquito bites. Extremely disappointed.

GGuest UserThe staff members were all welcoming and incredibly helpful. I cannot thank them enough for all the assistance they have provided throughout my stay. I had a huge and really heavy luggage and they did not hesitate to help me with it and made sure i didnât feel bad about it at all.

I had a wonderful 6nights in this cosy hotel that is so beautiful and conveniently located. You have to try this place. You wonât regret it!

MMilkytea LeeNeed to compliment the service staffs here, very helpful and kind, especially Ms Su. She helped us double check our train tickets. We didn't have local number so the staffs also help to use their personal phone to do food ordering for us. We have some parcels sent to the hotel and had some issues, the frontdesk also help to talk to logistic people to arrange them to resend the correct item. All in all I will come back just for the service staffs. Located near train station which is nearby alot of attractions.

JJulia CLWe got confused after we checked in and noticed that there wasn't a door into the bathroom. Called the housekeeping, and they informed that the door was removed because it was spoilt. I think its rather irresponsible to not inform beforehand. The room was changed after complaining. The new room, not sure if it's because it's winter, it's like a sauna in the room! Even the corridor is cooler than the room! There is nothing we can do to adjust the temperature and with the direct sunlight shining in, it just makes it worse.
During checking in, I enquired about some day tours but the front office staff couldn't give much information. Generally, the staff are not very enthusiastic and friendly.
The plus point is the location. It is about 5 mins walk from Xidan metro station. Lots of food and shopping around the hotel.

It is just the best one for kids and families in Sanya and offer everything you need- from best sea views, close location to airport, clean and nice relax areas and of corse best ever kids playing areas inc carting, video games, non stop entertaiment activities, darts, snooker, table tennis and more! Cant believe they even have small zoo! Will we come back again? Deffinetely big YES! See you soon!

LLLL...Go straight out of the hotel lobby door, turn right to go to the nearest metro station/exit which is Zhushikou. Turn left to eat and shop at the famous Qianmen street and also other hutongs/alley. Totally worth it. Plus, thereâs a Luckin coffee and Lawson opposite the hotel. Really convenient!
They kept the room really clean. There are some complaints about the drainage smell which there really is in the toilet but you will get used to it and eventually it will disappear as you take shower.
Overall it was a very good experience and nice place. The staffs were friendly and helpful.
Remember to clean the filter of the dryer if you wish to use it. As itâs quite dusty but I think people rarely use it anyways so I am fine with it. I even helped them clean and wash the dust away.
Anyways, I will definitely book again if I come back to Beijing. đŻ

The room was incredibly spacious, allowing us to move around comfortably. My son was over the moon with the bathtub â it was a definite highlight of his stay!
One standout feature was the presence of two bathrooms, which proved to be a game-changer in terms of convenience. No more morning rush hour! I must give a special shout-out to the desk guy, Leo, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. His excellent service truly made a difference.
The location is also a major plus â surrounded by numerous restaurants, we were spoiled for choice when it came to dining options. It's a huge relief not having to venture far for a delicious meal.

DDr. Julio BernalWe love this hotel for the location and the size of the room. The place is very luxurious but one thing that can be improved is the temperature for the rooms. They over used the heater and we had to ask to lower it. It still felt too warm. We asked them to open the room window but still it was too hot. The breakfast was very good with some room for improvement. The buffet looked cramped in an area of the restaurant. The location of some of the items wasnât the most strategically. For instance, to grab some fruit you have to be practically on top of other items of the salad bar. People could literally breath on top of the food. Overall this hotel is great but it needs a major upgrade in the rooms and the wet area of the gym/pool. The showers there need some work. The steam room wasnât working. Only the dry sauna worked. It need better cleaning as well
