Only 15 minutes to Sunday RIver and right in the middel of Bethel. Excellent restaurants nearby and in walking distance form bnb. John and Jeanette could not have been better hosts. The bnb was clean, quiet with lots of amenities to make us feel at home. Breakfast was excellent.

Great place to stay. It is in the mountains so it is very remote. You need to come prepared as far as groceries etc. The staff are very accommodating and even offered us food. The rooms are being updated and well really nice. Condos are being updated as well. Great game room for kids and adults. Staff are amazing . Don't listen to negative reviews. Judge for yourself

The hotel was nice overall, they were very short staffed. The room had spiders everywhere. We did not have an ice bucket or a blow dryer in the room although some of the other guests did. I was there getting ready for my wedding day and they did allow us to check out late and they were very friendly! We were disappointed because of the pool being closed and us not being notified, this was half of the reason we booked the hotel because we wanted kids to have something to do while we were getting ready for the wedding. Breakfast was great! The front desk staff was very friendly!
