I checked in around 4 PM, and after a long wait, the front desk told me my room wasn't ready. They suggested I go to the executive lounge to wait (which I had paid for). After checking in, I noticed construction downstairs. I was exhausted from traveling with my child and thought I'd just make do for one night. However, when I checked my booking, I realized I hadn't been given a room on floors 18-21, and the noise from downstairs was unbearable. After contacting the hotel, I was moved to a suite with a street view. Still, I was woken up by construction noise early in the morning. I'm not one to rush my schedule; all I want is a good night's sleep. If I had known this, I definitely wouldn't have chosen this hotel. I wonder if all the garden view rooms are given to foreign guests, 'hehe'. The executive lounge was the most cramped I've ever seen – tables packed together, dim lighting, and no windows. No windows, seriously! The breakfast selection was quite good, and the revolving restaurant on the 30th floor closes at 11 AM. The staff member who helped me change rooms and the lady who assisted with luggage storage at check-out provided excellent service. The garden view is beautiful.

Due to unfinished business, I had to extend my stay for another night. The front desk service was excellent; they processed the extension very quickly and were both friendly and polite. The dinner on the third floor was delicious. We got a group-buy set meal for two for under 100 RMB, and the portions were so generous it could easily feed 3-4 people. There are also plenty of dining options in the vicinity.

Visiting Guangzhou for two days, I had stayed at this hotel two years ago and chose to return. The lobby is beautiful, grand, and cool. In terms of hygiene, the hotel is clean, sanitary, and free of bugs. For transportation, you can easily catch a taxi right outside the hotel. Two years ago, taking the subway involved a long detour due to road construction, but this time I found it very convenient; no more detours are needed. It's just a 500-meter walk from the subway exit to the hotel entrance, making subway travel very convenient. The complimentary fruit platter included bananas, oranges, apples, and pears, a rich variety showing great thoughtfulness. The hotel also has a delivery robot that brings food right to your door. The only downside this time was that I booked a standard room, and there was only one charging outlet between the two beds. The other person's phone had to be charged on the desk. I hope the hotel can improve this.

The room was spacious enough and the sea view was absolutely stunning! The pool and kids' play area kept the little one entertained, and they kept saying they wanted to come back again. The nearby sea and greenery were perfect for walks and bike rides, which the older child loved.

However, the service at Taoyuan Restaurant needs improvement. The hostess asked me twice how many people were in our party and still didn't seem to hear me. After ordering, there was no repeat of the order, which resulted in one dish being missed. On the bright side, the kitchen maintained a good standard of food quality.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with my stay! The room was spacious and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a great night's sleep.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and tasted good. The dinner buffet was excellent value for money, with plenty of seafood and hot dishes to choose from, and the quality was above average – definitely worth trying. The service really stood out; the front desk and restaurant staff were all warm, friendly, and very responsive, always ready to help and answer any questions.

The hotel is located within OCT Harbour PLUS, making it convenient for sightseeing. Room keycards offer discounts on attraction tickets, and the sports center downstairs is a huge bonus. My overall experience exceeded expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shunde!

Very good hotel. It was very clean and pleasant. Whole area and the hotel was built in European style. Room was not European style, because there is a hot tub in the middle of the room. You can slide the doors to HIDE it. But still it has a shower cabin, toilet seat, hot tub and a sink separated from the room with very loose slide doors. But I must admit, everything was clean and in a good condition. Service was nice and polite. Breakfast was a good, nice buffet. There is an option to have dinner there in the hotel, I suggest that option. Everything around the hotel is pretty close: water park, hot springs, massage center and other stuff.

The LN garden hotel Zhanjiang is absolutely outstanding. I can not fault it in any way. 
The hotel itself is just superb and added to the friendliness and efficiency of the staff make the experience one to remember.
The food was very nice with a huge variety of dishes.
I actually made a mistake with my room choice when booking but this was quickly and courteously altered to my liking. Thank you to the manager and team that sorted this for me.
If you do visit LN garden hotel do try to have a panoramic sea view room. This room was the icing on the cake, on the 29th floor the views were amazing.
This is now my favorite hotel in Zhanjiang by a long way.
