Excellent place to stay with Nice view and room and very friendly staff. Did the 3 days trekking from Here. We saw a lot of monkeys apes and the food we got in the evening was so delicious. Also breakfast. When we came back at the hotel we stayed another night to get Some good sleep before our flight the next day. The staff helped also with arranging the airport transfer.

This location is perfect! Stunning and looks onto the river. The rooms are spacious and very comfy, with mosquito nets to over the whole bed. Service at reception was excellent and we were able to keep our luggage there over night for storage while we did an overnight jungle trek. (Highly recommended) I used Izoen, the guide, to help me organize everything needed for an enjoyable hike. Hafiz was also amazing and such a wonderful person to help when I didn’t feel well and took me to the pharmacy nearby. Very convenient, warm people and safe👌 There was just one thing I would have really liked. In the room there is no kettle and coffee/tea cups to make your own coffee and tea in the room. I think this could be a nice addition - since there are such beautiful balconies and porches to sit outside. Also there was no shower gel or hand soap in shower area. But there was a hand soap by the sink.

My stay has been very pleasant. The rooms are big and I had no problem in having the basic one. It is further away from the busier side of Bukit Lawang so it fits perfectly what I was looking for -- a bit of distance, quiet mornings, and closer to nature. Obiwan has been most helpful from the start up to helping me sort out my transportation to Lake Toba. Food is also good, and well as the jungle trek arranged. In the group, it was only the 5 of us staying at the inn. While the trek seems routine for most accommodations/travel operators, the way ours was handled was very satisfactory.
