The location is very easy to find. The accommodation is not bad, very quiet. I don't know how many people are staying. Anyway, I didn't hear any outside noise and the sound from the next door. Across the road is the west pedestrian street is very lively. Suitable for people who are nightlife. I drew a map to make it easy for the room to set up a small partner. The room was small and clean. Two people lived enough. There is a hot water bottle, coffee and paper cups can be made by yourself, and there is a small refrigerator. Washing supplies are complete. Breakfast goes downstairs, there is a tray, you can bring it to the room to eat, the only thing is that breakfast is single, only bread and cornflakes and chocolate beans, butter, strawberry jam, milk and water. Is it possible to add something else, such as ham or fried eggs? There is also a page written once the reservation is not refundable, it is really a little human feelings, no matter what the big thing, it is no refund. Only breakfast and booking will not return these two points and hope to improve. Everything else is fine, no matter the location, the room is clean, the quietness is very good. The TV is also good, the LCD monitor is quite big, I really don't know how many inches or 54 or more, and watching TV is very clear.
The hotel was OK. It was clean and conveniently located to the event I was attending. Most importantly, it was very close to Daiso, which was a big plus. The only issue I had was that the room was very hot.

This was a huge double room with massive bed and massive bathroom including a bathtub. The room has everything you need including hair dryer, small fridge, desk and other bits and bobs. Even though the room has poor lighting but overall facilities are excellent. Happy with my staying.

Service was friendly but it’s an older hotel. There’s a funky smell to it and our bathroom was basically a wet room with a bathtub in it that drained straight to the floor then travelled across the room to the drain under the sink. So this wet a good chunk of the floor which was annoying and unexpected. But it’s a cheaper hotel for Seoul in a great convenient location.

It's a motel, but the rooms and bathrooms are spacious and nice. The ondol was very warm, so we didn't need air conditioning.
It's in the downtown area, so it's convenient to go anywhere.

Amazing hotel, neat and cozy. Excellent service and kind reception workers, who gave us a warm welcome easy and fast checkin process. Location of hotel is amazing near the station and bus routes. And walk distance for shopping and markets and seafood markets.

As other reviews have shared; location of hotel is on top of a hill thus a little misleading. The room itself was big and amnities were great (was warm during winter), only problem is the location as I travelled with my family. Having to climb up/down hills to reach bus stops was tiring for my parents. Overall would only recommend if you dont mind climbing up and down hills/ taking taxis/ driving.

Booked for three nights. Haeundae Beach about 5 minute walk. Subway station about 8 minute walk. Access to plenty of restaurants and Haeundae street.
Booked a suite and the room itself was spacious, as well as the bathroom and shower area. Had a nice view of the beach.
Check-in is on 2nd floor, it was a breeze. Check-out: I think their was a miscommunication somewhere. On the app it said from 11-14, but got a call saying that it was 11.
Hotel is still new no places to eat in the hotel but there are convenience stores nearby. A cafe and restaurant are coming soon in the hotel.
The hotel's exterior and room environment are good, the facilities are complete, the space is large enough, there is a double jacuzzi and multi-purpose toilet, the location is also very good, surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores, about 10 minutes walk from the subway station. The fly in the ointment is that the check-in time is six o'clock in the evening, which is different from what is stated in the reservation. The second is that the charging port is small and dirty, which is a sub-item for those who are not charging and insecure. I have a room that does not contain breakfast, so I don't know how breakfast is, overall it is good!

CChia HuaThe caring and professional warmth of the boss are everywhere
The decoration is full of soft and hard textures
It would be no exaggeration to say that this is my favorite hotel I have ever stayed in.
Thank you Goid Ol’ Days for giving us a great start to our trip to Busan
If I hadn't booked it for just one night, I would have stayed here every day!

不不來The boss speaks English very well, so don't worry about communication difficulties. The double bed room is just right for a single person, but it's too small for two people. The room was very clean and the soundproofing was surprisingly good (compared to other B&Bs). Will book again if I have the chance to come to Busan again~

SSeca2Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was just across the Busan Station 1 and walking distance to most establishments. Though the room including the toilet&bath is small, it is complete with amenities (like Japanese style). Hot and cold showers, bathtub, hair blower, water heater for coffee and tea, slippers, small vault for valuables. They provided toiletries and pajamas (just collect at the lobby area). Note: toothbrush and toothpaste not included. No cabinet but can place your luggage under the bed. Free breakfast. No microwave inside the room but at the lobby area where you can have water, coffee and tea from the vending machine. They have a laundry area too so you cannot bring much clothes. The only downside for me is that, check-in time is at 4pm and check-out at 10am, so better adjust and manage your timing. You can leave your luggage at the reception area if you arrive so early. So far, I had a comfortable, peaceful and relaxing sleep during my stay. Cleanliness was never questionable. I look forward to staying here again.

UUMEKAWAMy husband and I stayed for two nights.
The location is about 5 minutes from Haeundae Station, along the main road, so it's easy to find and the beach is close by.
It was nice to take a walk along the beach in the morning.
It's lively until midnight, but it's quiet when you close the windows.
The only amenities provided are shampoo and other amenities, so you should bring your own simple slippers, pajamas, and toothbrush.
There is a Daiso and eMart nearby, so you may want to buy them locally.

GGuest UserHi everyone i think you are reading reviews to see about this hotel so i will try to explain your queries in this comment 1st i would like to say in simple words amazing hotel i definitely recommend this hotel who come for tour to busan, comfortable beds , cleaners come everyday , microwave is downstairs if you want to use and about location i found its so comfortable for visiting places such as busan cable car songde beech, haeundae beech, gwangan beech and its also near to night clubs ....
If you come to busan by bus you dont need to have a taxi to reach the hotel get a metro from nopo station line number 1 get off to busanjin come out from station gate exit 7 just walk 5 minutes and you can see your hotel its on the main road ,for visiting places you can use bus and metro from your hotel ” for haeundae beech and gwangan beech use metro get line number 1 change at seomonyeon take line number 2 get off at gwangan station walk 10 minutes and you will be at beautiful gwangan beech and for haeundae beech same line number 2 you can get off haeundae station and walk about 3-4 minutes you will be on haeundae beech, for night clubs from hotel just get line 1 and after 3 station get off seomonyeon station and walk you will be in night clubs street , for the busan cable car and songde beech from the hotel just go infront of the hotel road use bus number #26 which comes every 10 minutes riding time will be around 22-25 minutes from hotel to songde beech by bus#26 , its so easy to use public transport for travelling in busan from hotel prima no need to waste money for using taxi, from the night clubs to hotel you just need to use taxi and its near so not much money you have to spend 9000-10000 won only !!!! Using subway is also very easy everything writen in english and korean so you can see which exit gate you have to use for your particular places ,and for lunch dinner pizza restaurant subway food all are near to hotel ,i found this hotel at best location and i am writing all these because some people come new for travel and before booking they are confused which location we should go for , trust me its comfortable for everything!!! I hope you will enjoy staying here as we enjoyed

GGuest UserThe location is good as it is very close walking distance to shopping streets and the price is affordable. Room is equipped with a smart TV. I did not need to use my travel adaptor as well. Basic toiletries available. However, the bath towel is in face towel size. Clothes hanging area is on top/in front of the dresser. Things to note if staying here. Hotel is located upslope from the streets. (relatively steep) Most of the times (like a 9 out of 10), I was unable to book a taxi from my hotel due to the kakao taxi app prompting that cars cannot enter my area (they will outline the roads on the app to show the roads that cars cannot enter).I had to walk some distance out to another place to book a taxi. However, there was no restrictions to drop off at this address but many times, the driver will also drop me somewhere further away to walk in. Both the guy & lady (seems like lady boss) receptionists seems enthusiastic for a normal conversation but can become rude when we enquire or request for help. I had difficulty switching on the aircon when I first checked in and called for help. They refused to come and help and the instructions was vague as all I can understand was ”the switch is below the TV”. I later found out that it is common for aircon switch to be on the TV remote controller in Korea after I checked in to another hotel. It was after the third call when we flared up that someone came to help. But the help was of course also a rude one. Another thing to note is that they only give one access card and this access card is also the only card that manages the power in the room. If you insert another card in the slot for power, they will switch off your electricity after a while. This means you will not be able to probably sleep/shower in the room if your partner goes out since you will have to be the one to open the door, unless you can stay in the room without any power. You will also not be able to charge your phones/power banks etc while you are out and the refrigeration will also be off. The receptionist have called us via room phone and scolded us for putting a foreign card in. I think this is upsetting as we usually have more than one card in other hotels. The other hotel that I booked in Seoul even had a ready card slotted in for power and we still had 2 cards for access. Another downside: There was some form of leak from toilet bowl area and I cannot make out where its from. There will be a typical pee stench after awhile. Both the automatic bidets and manual bidets did not work in my toilet. I am not sure if this only happens in my room thus this is just for reference. Otherwise my toilet was huge and the water jet was strong. Do note that they allow early check in but it is chargeable. When I reached 2 hours earlier, I was told that their hotel does not have early check in. After asking further, they told me to pay 20,000 won if I want to check in early and I got my room immediately. I would have preferred if they told me from the start that early check in is possible for a fee.

Llove2travel2🏨 Fairfield by Marriott Busan
314 Haeundaehaebyeon-ro, Haeundae-gu, Busan, South Korea, 48099
Stayed two nights in Fairfield by Marriott Busan to be close to Marina City for an event in mid October 2024.
📍Location: Fairfield by Marriott Busan is located in a less eventful part of Busan. Not the best pick if you want to be where the action is. I have stayed near the Busan train station and in Nampo previously and enjoyed those parts of Busan more.
🚕 Accessibility: it takes about 15 minutes' walk to the hotel (with luggage on uneven roads) from the drop off point at What The Burger which is where the Haeundae Intercity Bus alighted customers from Incheon Airport. The bus journey takes close to 5.5 hours with two rest stops and a stop at Nopo Terminal.
Kakao Taxi fare from Fairfield by Marriott Hotel to Haeundae Intercity Bus Terminal costs about KRW5000-6000.
🛌🏽 Room: No complaints for the price point and what you see is what you get as befitting a Marriott property. There is construction opposite the hotel so paying for the city view on a high floor will avoid that if you are bothered by a construction view. The sea is not nearby so look for another option if that is important.
👣 Amenities: I did read another review about the paper thin room slippers and wisely packed a pair from home.
🍲 Food Options: I arrived at night and didn't find too many food options in the evening as everything seems to be closed early. There are convenience shops nearby and a Paris Baguette a few blocks away.
Hotel breakfast is available at Bistro 314 on Level 2 of the hotel at a discounted rate of 16,500KRW for hotel guests if you book in advance.
🏋️ There is a fitness centre on Basement 1 next to the self service coin laundry.
Rating: 3⭐
Stay here if you have business nearby and want to save time travelling but not as a tourist with limited time wanting to explore the best of what Busan has to offer.

CCollins AnnyThe hotel is clean, very cozy. The only downside is that the hotel door was closed, and I had to call the hostess via roaming to tell her the door code, and also poor repairs, but these are minor things. Check-in is at 15:00, but you could leave your suitcases in the hall; the hostess brought them up to our room herself when we arrived on time. I liked that there was a projector in the room and we watched a movie on the big screen in the evening. There was also a bathtub in the room, it was nice to relax before bed after every day on your feet! The location is excellent, the metro is close and there are a huge number of places for breakfast/lunch/dinner, shops and coffee shops are also close. The very center, but at the same time it’s quiet to sleep. No insects, no bedbugs. Clean, tidy, plenty of towels, the bathroom has everything you need, including a dental kit. The bed is soft. The windows open. The air conditioner is working. Wonderful hotel!

QQasymWe loved the hotel, as a service, they upgraded the room with the balcony one. The quality is very worth it considering its price. Very clean, neat, comfortable, and location is quite good (near downtown part of the city 🏙️). The view was astonishing to the sea 🌊😍
