Service was excellent from the moment I arrived. The grounds were well decorated for the holiday season, the pool was inviting and the lounge areas near the pool made for a relaxing experience. Breakfast each morning featured a wide variety of options, some of which changed daily (like fresh fruit and fruit juices) and gave me new things to try. My room was spacious, very clean and well appointed. My terrace was large and a perfect way to escape to the outdoors without having to leave hotel property. Mine was a working holiday and the spacious desk, in-room coffee service, and spacious terrace were perfect for what I needed. Easy pick-up and drop-off for local tours. I’d definitely stay again.

i booked 3 nights to enjoy my stay in Can Tho. I informed the hotel that my arrival will be late and hope that they still keep my room. the hotel assured me that my room is secure irrespective of the time of check-in. this gives me a peace of mind as I don't have to rush to check-in. the delay was caused by the flight i took via VietJet. so now i know which is the more reliable airline to travel to Vietnam. such a high percentage of delay. my airport transfer was also affected but i was relieved that the hotel staff greeted me with patience and professionalism. i was happy although i was extremely tired.the room was clean, smoke free and spacious. brightly lit and all the basic necessities i needed are there. on the 2nd day, my request to clean the room was done accordingly and all the required items were refilled but of course some items are chargeable but it is still worth the money spent. i have the most peaceful rest for the three nights and i did a blunder when i left my room key when i went out to collect some stuff at the counter. the reception immediately helped me with the second key and i back to my room in no time. the lift was clean and all corners are brightly lit..so i felt so safe and comfortable. i checked out early on day 3 and notified the reception what i used and paid for it.. i forgotten that i ate some instant noodles and was contacted by the hotel later for the amount to be paid.. such an embarrassing moment. i apologized to the hotel and got help to transfer the amount for the noodles. this is the kind of service which i am looking for in a hotel. i felt happy and definitely will come back next year. on one of the days, a tour of Taiwanese travellers checked in and the reception managed it with so tact and good manners. deserve a praise from me. i could not find any reason to complaint about the hotel but i have a thousand of reasons to compliment the hotel and recommend to all my friends. see you again in 2026.

SoJo hotel in Hau Giang is the best hotel for this area, the hotel is modern with amazingly comfortable rooms. Most comfortable beds I've experienced in Vietnam. The staff are very helpful and speak English, Ms Ngọc was very attentive to anything needed.

Great location as most activities are around the hotel and within walking distance. Staff are very friendly. Even the housekeeping staff keep their smile on and greeted me whenver passed by.

The location of hotel is good and strategically locate near the port, very convenient to travel around the street,park and can tho bridge. The room's environment is nice but the furniture and appliances is a bit outdated but to be fair the function is still fine. The staff at the counter is friendly and helpful.

The location is good, clean and friendly. It was nice to be able to change to a better room for free when I realized something was wrong with my room reservation. I can see the river at a glance

It was nice with the baby. Better than the photo. Go see it in person. If you look. 100 percent. Satisfaction. The second floor is. 3rd Floor. It's a miniature version. I'm somewhat satisfied. vietnam. travel. middle. Accommodation is the best. I like it. Note that. vietnam. food. If you can't eat it, ask the staff for some Domino's pizza. If you buy it for me. If you ask me if I can't do it. More for buying me. I feel good.
