Noisy rooms near to the street. Old matress with mold. Small pool with poor maintenance, not friendly for wheelchair users!! Unfriendly employees!! Dirty balcony, old kitchen appliances. I will never stay again in the Village at Palmas! You feel like a felony!

Property is dirty, bathrooms probably it was not clean after previous guest, spit still on the sink. Shower dirty as well, room was very cold , call office to regulate temperature, no one will answer , could not leave message because was full, in the kitchen the dishwasher machine was not working, . Definitely n never will return to this place

Booked a family weekend through *********** when arrived to the property an hour after the check in time, I sadly discovered the booking was a total scam. The villa offered at check in was very different from what it was prepaid, there were hidden fees not disclosed at booking.

The villa was very confortable. This is a quite nice place. Everything ran smoothly from the check in to the check out. We really enjoyed the stay and definitely will book in the future again.

Upon entering the room, we noticed a musty smell. We found stained towels, sheets and shower curtain. The pool is only up to 4 feet. We never had direct communication with management.

The property was old and outdated!! Needs new furniture, updated appliances, bathrooms and kitchen needs updating as well as the entry door.
