All on expected level except one but pretty critical for me issue - air conditioning system is covered in mold. It have had severe implications for me - I’m allergic to mold and have got severe allergies just few hours after arrival while I couldn’t figure out what caused it. Room felt very moist and smelly, so I was hoping turning on air conditioning will fix a problem in a couple of hours, but it get significantly worst. I’ve got another room assigned after I have identified reason (photo attached); alternative room was having less issues (not obviously smelly), but air conditioning system was covered in mold as well. Also pool was on maintenance, what was not announced while I was booking… traveling with kid, I’d have booked another hotel if I had this info.

I always check in this hotel everytime I have to pass by cebu for travel lay over, thus is my second favorite to Bayfront, clean big bed comfortable blanket and pillows wide hall way and refrigerator although my disappointment this time is that they remove the kittle in the room for a hot water for coffee drinker and tea. As of now they just installed a water despenser at the end of the hallway of which is very discomfort to walk a long hallway just to get a hot water. I wish they have one available to borrow or rent in the room service as not all costumer want to drink coffee in the morning. This hotel is considered 4 star although I dont understand why they just remove the kittle in every room. they have a breakfast that is 600 pesos per head it is good quality and excellent selection for asian, european and american food. were actually coming back this coming may together with my sister and inlaw I would probably going to somewhere else instead. Bath room is quite smaller than other room as they devided in 3 parts shower, sink and toilet, they have very strong water supply and hot water is unlimited.

My first time to stay in a 12 bed female dormitory.I booked business class. It was clean and there were only 2 of us. Toilet was well maintained but toilet paper and handsoap not provided. Staff were accomodating. Overall it was good experience.Thank you.

The location is favourable - 10 minutes walk to SM City. There's MyBus Shuttle to the airport there. Not far from the historical center of Cebu city. Quiet neighborhood. A lot of space inside rooms and lobbies. Wifi was slow. There's only one water dispenser next to reception desk (and I stayed at the 3rd floor which was not convenient). A good option for a connection in Cebu.

The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from Sm city and the surrounding area is residential area. Most hotels in the Philippines are in residential areas, and they are relatively backward. The rooms are large, the facilities are outdated and the hygiene is ok. The old window machine sounds a bit loud, but there is a ceiling fan, and the air conditioner can be turned off when sleeping. Some rooms have windows facing the hallway, so when you book, you can find the windows that Ctrip requires to face outward. The only strange thing is that there is no cup. !! It ’s amazing why it does n’t deserve a cup. The waiters are less enthusiastic than other hotels, but they are responsive. There is breakfast. Hotel booking process feeling

+расположение к sm ТЦ с хорошим курсом обмена, северному автовокзалу, ходят mybus в аэропорт за 50 песо +Интересный вид на город, так как очень высокое здание +Приятный хозяин, решает вопросы оперативно + Можно готовить в номере, есть всё для проживания, посуда - слабый кондиционер -не очень чисто в номере - и огромный минус, который перекрывает все плюсы, очень, очень много тараканов. Я понимаю, это проблема здания, как ни трави, они будут, но это очень страшно. Ночью включаешь свет, их море((( Я считаю цена должна быть гораздо ниже, с учётом этих фактов. Мы снимали хороший отель около аялы дешевле, а тут тараканы и дороже. Ещё нюанс для путешественников, лучше заранее связаться с хозяином и спросить номер комнаты. Потому что это не отель,а апартаменты, внизу только охранник и он не знает ничего про ваше бронирование, нужно будет звонить хозяину, что неудобно, если у вас нет местной сим карты.
