乾淨、簡約、樓下很多吃的、附近有天街商場，關上窗 晚上也很安靜！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！推薦（圖是離開後拍的 ，其整體與宣傳圖符合）

性價比很高的民宿。老闆熱情有問必答。4號自駕成都鳳凰山綜合體育館看張學友演唱會。網上多家對比後選擇了夢知雲。地理位置好，位於保利商圈內。走路去鳳凰山綜合體育館15分鐘。密碼鎖自助入住。新開業的，房型雖然不大，但房間設施都很新，室內環境衞生乾淨，衞生間乾濕分離，洗衣機、冰箱這些基本電器都有。地下停車場免費停車。樓下很多餐飲店用餐方便。美中不足的是沒有提供一次性拖鞋和洗臉毛巾。

我是專程從外地趕來看學友演唱會的，民宿離鳳凰山體育館很近，步行十多分鐘就可以到，樓下就是保利廣場和天街商圈，購物、吃東西都超方便，房間內設施齊全，冰箱、洗衣機都有，而且幾乎是全新的，房間也比較大，老闆人很好👍非常滿意！

第一次去成都，找不到定位，老闆很耐心告訴怎麼走~~~
服務態度滿分，好評~~~
樓下全是飯店奶茶店咖啡店，吃吃喝喝很方便~~
位置距離鳳凰山體育館步行衹需要20分鐘（有大型活動會交通管控，幾乎都是走路回酒店），看演唱會看比賽很方便~~~
