第二次入住此酒店，鳳凰山看球賽，一個人住精緻大床房很舒適，房間在7/8樓，電梯間刷卡上下行，1樓大廳前台小姐姐很客氣，下次還會繼續選擇！

前台小姐姐很温柔熱情、房間很乾凈，馬桶和浴室是隔開的，很滿意，感覺店家在做衞生間和浴室上下了很大功夫，熱水很夠，因為衞生間做的很大，就顯得床有點小了，但是床很舒服，美中不足的就是隔音太差了，我住的八樓，還能聽到外面摩託車的聲音，還有對面音樂聲那些，有點影響睡眠哦，祝店家生意興隆！

房間很大，看起來乾淨整潔開闊，設施建設很齊全，行李也可以寄存前台，智能語音控制系統，獨立淋浴和衞生間，自助洗衣機，烘乾機，還有健身房！

大招牌在不同的位置，老遠就能看，酒店不會找不到。公寓樓，酒店大堂在一樓，7-8是客房，還有餐廳、洗衣房和健身房。早餐比較簡單，選擇不多，好不好看個人了。客房環境一般，衞生做的不好，洗手枱下有空水瓶。馬桶上粘着紙，電視機遙控器盒裡面有紙屑，床上有頭髮。淋浴間下水慢，時間久了，洗澡水就溢到外面。看個電視還收費的。不知道下水的問題還是別的，樓上沖水，我的房間馬桶會很響，還會再往外冒泡，聲音很大很吵。隔音也不行，在上睡覺，不知道誰倆吵架了。開房收按金，7點多退房説9點後才能驗房退按金，到3點才給退回來。總體感覺，住的並不舒服。問題很多。不喜歡。

應該是新裝修的酒店，環境衞生都還可以，類全季的裝修，房間空間也很大，前台服務態度很好，在保利商場邊上，吃飯很方便，離鳳凰山體育館也比較近

這個佈局很不像廉價的速8，和那些三星級四五百的酒店環境有一拼。乾淨又衞生 去鳳凰山體育館走路20分鐘左右。樓下賣吃的也很多
