The front desk is super nice especially Miss Li Lu Lu. She is very friendly and helpful. The one thing I don't like is have to climb a few steps to get to the guest room. Beside the standard toiletries, they provide hair conditioner and free use of washer and dryer.

The location is very convenient in front of the Raffles shopping mall, the building has direct access to the subway and the room was amazing, completely new.

This was probably one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in. The location is amazing and perfect to explore Chongqing. The hotel staff, especially 小庆 and 丽丽，was super accommodating and helpful in any way there is. We got a free room upgrade and were allowed a late checkout on our last day. They also offer the service of storing the bags after the stay so we could further explore Chongqing without having to carry our bags. The complete room and hotel is an extremely new and well maintained. Would highly recommend to anyone and come again!
