The hotel room is too big, I like such a big room. Sanitation is also very good. I am already a frequent guest of this hotel, and I will come to this store in Chongqing in the future. 酒店服務周到，員工態度親切，房間乾淨整潔，位置也很好，出門樓下有停車場，公交站，附近100米是輕軌站，最主要是有個大花園，還有廚房，外帶洗衣機，我們白天出去耍，把衣服給前台小姐姐，她們幫忙洗好晾好，晚上回來直接去前台拿，這種服務真的沒有話説，真實住過才知道酒店服務，非常不錯的一家酒店

服務意識太差了，空調一點不製冷，超級悶熱。環境超級差，馬桶上還有污漬，洗漱台還有長頭髮不知道是誰的，地板還能扒膠布確實牛。凳子縫隙還有殘留，最主要的是 床上還有蟲 那種會飛的蟲。我是無語了。體驗最不好的一次

嚴重差評，必須差評！遇得到，定了單間大床房硬是給我換了個雙床房入住，我一個人住😓前台像有毛病[恐懼]房間臟亂差。。。。拖鞋都包漿了，馬桶根本不敢用😰一次性用品也沒得！簡直是煎熬，花錢是享受的，不是來受罪的，蟑螂隨處可見！進了***一樣！説是酒店服務好，服務根本沒服務！勸退大家！退避三舍。。。。。。。。不要來

1.房間很差，味道很重。很不不值這個價
2.地板都是被泡水的，地毯臟得要死，蟑螂到處爬。下水道頭髮一抓一大把！！！！！！
3.死角全是臟東西，衞生很差很差。
4.無拖鞋，是最不能容忍的
5.床被睡的也是各種響動，隔音不好。
6.一打開被子還有噁心的毛，更本沒有更換過床單被套
7、入住居然門鎖也是壞的，還要修。毫無安全感🔐
8、空調噁心的不行，全是黑泥一樣，出來的空氣想吐。
9.空調開着睡像拖拉機，吵**！！！
10.前台人員跟個擺設一樣，反映了問題第一時間不處理而是一兩個小時後慢吞吞的到來盤問，態度極其惡劣

晚上凌晨到店，打了很多個電話都不接，找了半天才到前台，開了房間，廁所馬桶沖不了水、房間裏的電器不停運轉關不上，就連電視也沒有，弄個投影連遙控板都沒有，一直聯繫前台，還在問我怎麼辦。要求換房間，説要換成單間，我訂的是可以入住四人的房間，簡直沒辦法住，最後凌晨三點二十孩子困的不行了，才沒有辦法將就了一晚上。不是帶着孩子，又是凌晨，我真的很想換一家了。沒有解決任何問題。
平台登記的是無需按金，到了店就要收一百。
洗漱用品質量巨差，牙刷刷着刷着就掉毛了。
唯獨還可以的就是床比較寬。
