首先，酒店衞生間裏面沒有換氣扇，廁所很悶臭，拖鞋又爛又臟，還有水垢在上面，枕頭黃到爆，感覺沒有更換，臟死。其次，電梯真的很難等，基本上要等10分鐘左右。最後是重點的重點，酒店前台阿姨，態度真的很差，我們衹想把行李寄存幾分鐘，花點時間在旁邊吃早餐，阿姨口上説可以放，當東西剛放，阿姨馬上説放不下，語氣直接像轟客，並且對我們説，酒店放東西正常都要給錢，哪裡有免費寄存的。

因為轉天要趕早班的火車所以，選在了重慶北附近的民宿公寓酒店，請注意，有蟑螂，就在床頭櫃上，轉天要求換了房，但是身上奇癢無比，漱口杯有上一個客人留下的漱口水沒有倒掉就放上了牙刷，隔音效果因為門下面都有大縫隙，所以更別提了，服務上3顆星給了客房阿姨，找前台要一次性杯子，前台説沒有，結果在樓道看到了做衞生大阿姨，阿姨説有，給我拿了兩個杯子

房間狹小，悶熱，喘不過氣，要開着房門才能睡，老闆服務態度極差，位置也不好找。

前台服務態度很差！房間沒有照片上的那麼好，衞生間和照片完全不一樣，床單很臟！房間味道太大了，空調隨時都在停！不建議入住這家酒店！外面在修房子還是什麼反正從早到晚都有敲打的生意聲音

房間挺好的，布草和毛巾質量都是很好的，和大酒店的用品一樣，根本不像幾十的房間，物超所值，離北站也很近，坐高鐵方便
