"We had previously stayed at this hotel and came back because we loved it. However, the style of room we booked earlier was unavailable, but the Junior Bella Suite looked inviting, so for more money than we previously spent, we booked it. Upon checking in, we were told that our family of four could not stay in the room we booked. After much back and forth, we had to pay more money to get extra bedding to bed someone on the floor for the night. The room we got was advertised on Trip as a king bed and a sofa bed, but Bella doesn't consider the sofa to be a bed, so they don't provide bedding for it. It seems there has been miscommunication between Bella and Trip, which is unfortunate. The hotel is a good one, and the room was clean, large, and well-stocked. It would have been a great experience had we felt welcome rather than confused and frustrated, with a bitter taste in our mouths. We would still stay here again, but next time, I will be extra careful, contact the hotel, and make sure a family of four can actual stay in the room as advertised."

"I spent a pleasant stay with my companion. We had stayed in the S3 suite. It snowed when we arrived, making the snowy view absolutely cutting the breath!! We asked for a barbecue (20,000wons) which allows us to spend a barbecue evening after the walk to the cascade under the snow (the parvis protects the balcony). No problem with the shower. However, provide water, coffee and salt/oil because this is not available for free. But if you ask, there is one of the things to buy from the owners.
Thanks to Trip.com we saved 5,000wons from the original price and the winter and week package (on Wednesday to Friday) was very advantageous (150,000wons for two nights).
Without car, you will have to walk 16min until the next bus stop and 43min until the train station, plan to move by taxi to Ganchon station is just 3.800wons. It's a little far from you, but here's the price of tranquility and nature!
See around :
- the cascade (go-y by taxi)
- the railway road (very fun, with spendides views, departure to KimYuJeong station)
- eating Dalkgalbi in Chuncheon
- Dam à Chuncheon coffee"

"You're so kind. I didn't think.
I've been very comfortable with breakfast! There are a lot of people, but it's best to have one bed per person The bedding is also very comfortable and clean, so I slept very well! Next time I go to Chuncheon, I will definitely stay here. The Golden Retriever is so cute, there is a bonfire, there is snow, and I will make good memories at the end of winter. And I accidentally broke the wall while I was sleeping. ㅠㅠ I was so scared to say that I left a letter of apology and a phone number, but I was so sorry and really grateful for asking if I was not hurt first. I'll definitely ask for the damage to the wall... It would be a hassle to make a proof and call someone, but I was so grateful that you told me not to worry. I will not forget the kindness you gave me. If you go to Chuncheon around, I will recommend it unconditionally."

Outstanding
GGuest UserWe had a great stay here! Our family of 5 needed a place to stay close to Legoland that met our sleeping needs and also didn’t cost an outrageous amount. This was affordable and slept us all comfortably and the staff was so kind and welcoming to us! We forgot our American to Korean outlet converters and they had one already set up in the room to charge apple phones! The only downside for us was breakfast because we are used to American style so our kids were not a fan of eating the sandwiches they offered but loved the kids juice boxes. There is a Gs25 and 7-Eleven in walking distance along with some other food places we passed on our walk too. Highly recommend this place!
JJackiewmThis is a super good experience, the homestay environment is very beautiful, there is a cute clean small pool. The owner of the hotel is super good. The owner knows that we have not prepared food for barbecue at night. He immediately picks us up to buy food at the nearby supermarket. At night, he also prepares a delicious raw fruit plate for us. It is very kind.
There are also three cute dogs from the boss, all of them are very close. The boss knew that we were not traveling by car, and sent us to the station in the morning. Thank you very much for the boss's help. I will definitely come again next time I have a chance and recommend it to friends.
Hhau yeeThe room is nice and clean. We enjoy the warm floor and the reception staff speaks very good English. The hotel has children play area, and the 7-11 is just right at B2. We even doesnt need to go out for buying ice cream. The car parking is free. They have enough sign to show the parking area.
Just one point was not much appreciate. Our room door was got someone opened at the mid-night without ring the bell. A person(not sure is male or female) came in and got out. This made me awake and couldnt fall to sleep again. This didnt awake our baby luckily.
Obviously the person was a staff, and got a key card to open the door.
We reported to the reception when we check out in the morning. However, the staff couldnt tell the reason. We could only give a reminder about checking the cctv, and this affected our experience well.
GGuest UserGood experience with Legoland Resort Hotel! The location is very close to the Legoland Park. Many facilities within the hotel, but nothing to play in the legoland in winter. Most of the games was closed. Hopefully we can spend a whole day in the hotel.
GGuest UserI visited Elysian for the first time in a long time to take my kids ski lessons. I requested a type A family room with two bedrooms, and each room had two single beds, so our family of four slept very comfortably. The room, kitchen, and bathroom were all clean, and it was nice that there was an induction microwave and coffee pot, so we could cook simple meals. It's close to Seoul, and the slopes are good for beginners to learn, so I think I'll go often next year.
YYi KuanHotel is actually an officetel, with very small space. However suitable for us as we are looking for a place to stay. There is a convenient store on the 1st floor, and another just outside the building. Also there are restaurants nearby which is convenient. The front office staff gave us a set of body wash, body lotion, and hand cream when we checked in, he said it's a free gift. The hotel has a parking tower on the same building however it cannot fit in an SUV car, so we have to park in a building that is about 100m away. Upon check-out the front office gave us parking coupons to pay for the parking fee.
HHan DevilisAngelNice hotel inside Nami Island. Room is clean, bathtub is clean, toilet is clean except for some dust at the toilet roll area which doesn't affect much. Bed is abit hard but comfy, heating is good, in fact too good we were perspiring in the middle of the night with a minus 10 degrees temperature outside lol. Surrounding is quiet and peaceful, very nice environment. Complimentary drinks in the room are nice perks. Overall love the stay and will come again if there's an opportunity.
NNdjskosjIt's very close to the station and Chuncheon Myeong-dong. There are supermarkets and markets about ten minutes' walk away. The rooms in the Jakson Hotel are mixed together and are smaller than expected. You can still hear the sound of cleaning when you check in at three or four o'clock.
GGuest UserThe room is spacious, has 2 bathrooms and toilets make usage convenient for a family. We stayed there because we went skiing in Elysian so it’s 15 min drive. I don’t think it’s very accessible by public transport.
Interior design is a bit strange, combining colorful and traditional wooden bulky furniture, the wall is painted black and there is only one small window in the big living room so the feeling is dark, and the led light hanging on the second floor fence don’t work. So I would say facility and hygiene is just ok , but the price kind of explain this, so it’s acceptable.
GGuest UserPlace is okay and location is okay- requires a taxi from Gapyeong station or bus that comes only every hour, I believe.
The room was probably below average standard- not the cleanest and an interesting bedding situation that involved one person sleeping on the living room floor, on top of layered blankets/mats, but as young lads we got on with it!
Located near a number of water parks, which is cool!
Host is really nice as well- he drove us to Gapyeong station the morning we checked out, for free, which was very kind.
Overall, I’d say it’s a good stop for a night when looking to explore Nami island / Gapyeong but not somewhere you’d want to stay for a long time.
