Hopefully a working wifi and cable TV should be made available. Staff are courteous and helpful. Upon arrival, was given a room with no shower head and loosed shower valves. It was fixed the following day. Overall, decent.

Yes this is the MAGIC place to stay when you are going to the U.S. Embassy for your tourist visa to the USA. It worked, finally my wife got her tourist application approved, 3 times a charm... Everything was ok, the room was good but the neighborhood is sort of trashy, dirty, not to many food places to go eat. We walked to the mall but got back in daylight hours.
Thanks for the good vibes, WE DID IT!

Don't go....not now anyway. Find out if the construction is finished before booking.
Love the employees and rooms. Great location up the street from Robinsons mall. There are plenty of bars and things to do. However, the hotel is a mess, and pool has been down for over a year. They do not look like they are in any hurry to get it finished either.
The gym is now on the 15th floor in what used to be a suite.
The ****** is on the 5th floor.
The front desk area in now inside the, what used to be a bar area to the right when you walk in.
It's a mess...and like I said, from my room I watched them working the pool area. Not good.
Everything is by hand, no construction equipment. Going to be a while.
Anyway, I don't want to be too harsh, but if everything is down and all over the place, why are charging pre-covid prices?? Ridiculous!

I had an amazing experience at Café Ilang-Ilang, where their breakfast buffet truly stood out as one of the best I’ve had. The variety of dishes was impressive, and everything was fresh and flavorful. What made it even better was the bakery – I couldn’t resist trying some of their pastries, and they did not disappoint. The bakery alone is worth a visit! On top of all that, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. It’s definitely a place I’d recommend if you’re looking for great food and warm service.

The room was clean, and its location was ideal, being close to all the areas I wanted to visit.
I'd like to rate their service as more than excellent. The staff were incredibly accommodating, from the entrance guards who genuinely helped us with our luggage to the team that assisted us in booking a Grab car. The guards even kindly told us to wait inside, shielding us from the heat, and offered to call us when the car arrived, asking only for the plate number.
What struck me most was the warm hospitality displayed by all staff members, who consistently greeted us with happy faces. Their simple smiles made my stay truly special and peaceful. ❤️
One suggestion I have for improvement is to provide an iron in each room or make it easily accessible for guests. This would be a convenient addition, especially for travelers who need to iron their clothes.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this hotel and appreciate the exceptional service provided by the staff.
It's really rubbish. Apart from the good attitude of the front desk service, nothing is the same. When I entered the house, the water was stopped. The hot water suddenly became cold and hot. The bottled water drank almost the same as the water in the swimming pool. All kinds of furniture were about to fall apart. The sound of air conditioning sounded equivalent to the level of aircraft engines.
In addition, I did n’t understand when I first came to Manila. Ctrip wrote xx kilometers from the city center. This city center is the old city of Manila. The real urban area is in Makati. I'm still wondering how I couldn't find a five-star hotel in Manila
A relatively new hotel, good in every aspect! Clean and tidy, good service, complete facilities, refrigerator, humidifier, air conditioner, slippers, toiletries, etc.! Close to residential areas and schools, average location, need to walk one kilometer to the mall! More than one kilometer away from Chinatown! There are churches and basketball courts nearby! After the sun sets, fences are erected at both ends of the street, children hold basketball games on the street, devout believers hold small outdoor gatherings, and children play in the streets

Excellent
--YanyanTy-My stay at the Winford hotel was fantastic! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to all the major attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating (HK.Michael, Front desk-Fiona,Duty Manager Sir Danielle, Bellman Ash & Zen,Casino Dealer Gemma) going above and beyond to answer our questions and make sure we had a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options and was a great way to start the day. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Manila.
GGuest UserThe room was spacious enough for two people and clean. All basic amenities are ready for you, including slippers, hairdryer, toiletries, kettle, and there is a water dispenser machine (hot and cold) on each floor. The location is easy walking distance to the shopping mall and restaurants, convenience stores etc. The staff were friendly and the breakfast is different each day. Rooftop has cool view of the city. Would recommend to stay here.

GGuest UserGenerally it was a pleasant stay and great experience with the hotel. Kindly be aware that this is a pet friendly hotel, where you may hear the bark of dogs or the cat miao during dining or sleeping. We heard dogs barked this morning during the breakfast.
Well.... you may need to choose wisely otherwise you may get shocked. Cheers!
HHELLO00this is our 2nd home. I have recommended this hotel many times to my family & friends!
This hotel has been very convenient for someone like us who loves travelling & working.
Thank you to all staff who has been kind to us since day 1.
TTravelDestinationsThe room appeared clean, but upon entering, I was hit with a bad smell. On the other hand, the location was extremely convenient, close to all the areas I wanted to visit.
However, our experience was marred by poor service. Upon arrival, no one assisted us with our luggage. The reception staff on duty was unaccommodating and intimidating. I believe that working in the hospitality industry requires a high level of customer service, even on difficult days. If someone is unhappy in their role, it's better for them to leave rather than jeopardize the company's reputation with rude behavior.
Unfortunately, this lack of service continued throughout our stay. No one helped us with our luggage when we departed, unlike other hotels I've recently visited, where staff were eager to assist.
I also noticed that most staff members didn't smile, and it seemed that they provided preferential treatment to foreign guests. In terms of amenities, the hotel needs to improve its swimming pool. We were surprised by how small it was, contradicting the hotel's description of having both a swimming pool and a children's pool. In reality, there was only one tiny pool. So, some of my relatives didn't even bother swimming due to the crowds and limited space.
In terms of food, my family stayed there for two days, and I noticed that the breakfast options lacked vegetables. It's essential to include vegetables as a choice. This hotel’s restaurant don’t cater to vegetarians.

Very Good
KKiara Faye LagrisolaCheck-in was a breeze, all the staff was very helpful. Bed and linens were all very comfortable but I noticed my pillows had a smell so after my first night I had them changed and they gladly obliged. I just wished they provided smaller towels too, they only give two bath towels and that’s it. Would be great to have more mirrors in the room as well. They charge water by the bottle when this usually comes for free in other hotels. I had to do my groceries to avoid paying around USD 1 per water bottle. Wish they gave water for free. Breakfast options are decent, but I wish they provided more Filipino breakfast staples. Gym was great, pool was clean and well maintained. Will definitely want to stay here again if needed.

AAnonymous Userchecking in was smooth. The room is clean and the bed sheets smell clean and fresh. The shower area has molds in between grouting that needs to be brushed. The location is near the us embassy, intramuros and robinsons manila. The aircon works as expected. Overall, it was a good stay. Thanks!

JJohn Mungcal Sr.Staffs are friendly; one thing notable is the way the receptionist will find ways to make it easy for me to present other means of valid identification as I forgot to bring my original ID; she also mentioned the unavailability of some regular stuff being given to their customers due to holiday staffing limitation and supply deliveries. One of the cheapest but cleanest go-to hotels.
Famous fast food restaurants are just a few meters away, such as Mang Inasal and Jollibee. Other fast foods are plenty, the same with local carinderias, as well as convenience stores and bakeries, which are all a walk away only.
Very near government hospitals, namely Jose Reyes, Fabella, and San Lazaro. Leading banks are also in sight to access ATMs and other monetary needs.
Public transport is readily available esp LRT 1 Tayuman Station is just around the corner only
