We are here first time restaurant service good food is delicious big hotel and you can spend good time here. Animation team is great entertainment program is so nice you have so many things to do in daily program and evening programs are also super and thanks a lot to BATUHAN :)

This hotels is massive with at least three separate buildings and apartment buildings too. Food was ok for dinner, snack bats were good. The general repair of the hotel was low: chipping paint in lobby, bubbled up wood on reception, broken trim in room, etc. The big plus was the quiet pool for those who do not want screaming kids and loud music. Not a fan of outside of the hotels, no restaurants or cafes to speak of, just shopping, which I understand: what’s the point when everything is all inclusive. All in all a nice stay, premium alcohol was available and midnight to 3AM food.

Great hotel 👍 Of course there are some shortcomings, but these are minor things for me. I don’t know who had bad Wi-Fi there, but it worked perfectly for me in every corner, all three weeks of my stay at the hotel. Also great on the beach. And even a hundred meters from the hotel. There was no smell. The room was excellent, no neighbors disturbed us. Silence. The side is not sunny, towards the road. A large loggia seems to be fenced off from neighboring balconies. The mini bar was replenished daily. Water can be taken at any hotel and beach bar, or at a restaurant. Food, drinks and alcohol until 6 am. Safe is free. Everything is very clean: in the room, on the beach, by the pool, in the restaurant, in common areas. The beach is incomparable, the sea is clean, warm, without slabs or pebbles, only sand. Snack bar on the beach. They also bake güzleme there. The beach is nearby, a 10-minute walk along a flat sidewalk, or a shuttle that runs more often than scheduled, from early morning until evening. The pool is great too. The bar is half submerged in the pool, very convenient. The food is top notch. Very varied. Themed dinners. Various snacks. Thanks to the chef🙌🙌🙌🙏, I personally controlled all processes not only in the main restaurant, but also in the beach bar. I often prepared certain dishes in the hall, mesmerizing with my skill. The freshest pastries. Meat and fish were grilled right before our eyes. Rolls and salads too. And yes, almost all vacationers are Germans. The staff speaks and understands German, English is much worse. I would definitely return to this hotel!

This is our 7th visit to this Beautiful Hotel, Where do I start…….. the rooms are modern and recently refurbished, and cleaned to a high standard daily. The grounds of the hotel are well maintained, and the flower beds look beautiful. The pool and pool bar area are also spotlessly clean. There is a wide variety of food in the buffet restaurant, and we found the a-la-carte restaurants to be really good. The staff, both inside and outside look smart in their uniforms, work tirelessly, and nothing is too much trouble for them. The entertainment team do a fantastic job, you can see the children just love Rabia, Chico, and the girls. The entertainment supervisor Sait is a lovely guy, Last, but not least, a very special mention to Volkan, the archery guy, he’ll take time out to sit and talk with you, and is an all round credit to this hotel. We look forward to many more visits here

I can call myself a regular customer of the place, and I am far from being capricious but this time I have very mixed feelings. It’s a long story, and it must be read and taken into consideration by the hotel management and the owners of the business! Here I only assess the service. My husband and I stayed here in 2020 and 2021 during the tough years of the pandemic, last year together with our 19-year-old daughter and my elderly parents. All the five of us loved the place so much that we made a decision to book it again this year. However, it was fully booked till 26, October. Our vacation started on 16, October and we stayed at another hotel of the same chain (Hane Smart) and moved here on 26, October because we desperately wanted to stay here. It was a mistake, though. When we arrived we found out that the Hane Family was overbooked and they could not provide us with 2 rooms (we booked a family and a standard) and offered all of us to stay in a family suite for 2 nights. 5 adults, 1 bathroom… We did not mind it though we were not pleased that much. The receptionist (Nuriyam) apologised for the inconvenience and offered an a la carte restaurant reservation, a free safe box (it’s a paid service here) and free cocktails each of us (imported alcohol cocktails cost 5 € per one). When we decided to have our cocktails in the lobby bar they told us to go to the pool bar with our cocktail vouchers. It was 11:30 am. A man at the bar refused to serve us for a reason he tried to explain in… German. I work in a hotel myself and I should point out that the international language of hospitality is still English, even in Turkey, isn’t it? Even if you mainly work with German tourists, you have to speak elementary English! And your non-German tourists are not supposed to speak German! We left our parents and daughter at the pool and went to the reception to clarify the situation. The same receptionist called the pool bar and told us to get back and get the cocktails. We went there again, and again the same man at the bar refused to serve us. We insisted, he answered something in a foreign language which was a mix of some words with a few English words among which I could only get ‘eat’ and the gesture of eating. It was also obvious he couldn’t make cocktails or didn’t want to do it. What he meant was still unclear to me. I was looking at him in great surprise and he pointed at his temple with his index finger near which in most European countries is considered to be an indication ‘you are stupid’ A hotel employee showing a guest that he or she is stupid with a gesture!!! Very rude and highly unprofessional!!! I was shocked! We went to the reception AGAIN. This time the receptionist called the restaurant manager and went with us. It turned out that the man at the bar is.. just a waiter who poured beer and Sprite while the real bartender was having his lunch. He simply could NOT explain it in English, because his English is so poor that he even cannot say ‘barte

We broke up today. The hotel is very cute. The pool garden is very clean and tidy. It's a peaceful environment. The breakfast is sufficient. Dinner could have been a little better in taste. But we were satisfied in terms of price performance. We stayed in a 1+1 room as a family. It was good in general. Air conditioner fridge was working. I can say that the WiFi connection was the best in the 5 star hotels I've ever stayed in. It was full even at the poolside. There were minor shortcomings, but it was very nice that they provided instant solutions to the problems with a phone call and completed the deficiencies. That's what counts anyway. All employees were very kind and interested. Mrs. elif and Mr. Furkan were rushing for the satisfaction of the guests. Special thanks to all of them. Some comments are very cruel. I guess they want to get 5 star hotel service and comfort for this money. Interesting.. we left satisfied. If we come to Side again, it is a place we will choose. It was a 2 year business. Hi all I’m currently at this hotel in room 4308. I arrived 2 days ago. i’m not normally one to leave a review and it takes a lot to impress me, but what can I say? The staff have been nothing but welcoming and friendly, from Batman who greeted us when we arrived to the staff at the extra bar, the room is always clean and tidy as well as the other areas, the food is tasty, and has something for everyone. it’s a very relaxed atmosphere, so if that’s what you are looking for this place will be right up ur street. The private beach is also well kept and there is a free transfer every 30 minutes. We are close to the party bars but not too close, and the entertainment goes off at 11, which is good if you want a quiet night. Special mention to the lady with the red hair, nothing is too much trouble for her.
