Decent hotel near the centre of cusco. Good beds and clean rooms. Basic facilities. Issues with check in - they took me to the wrong room however were apologetic. Breakfast was very limited with only banana, orange, bread and ham avaliable .

I had a very comforting stay at this property. The staff were truly amazing, helpful, kind, compassionate, caring, amicable and always went the extra mile whenever i needed help with something, needed something. My room was what i needed and always came back to it clean. The breakfast provided every morning was very healthy, natural, and appreciated for sure. I would definitely recommend to stay here. Pricing was good on the pockets also. Thank you to Everyone at Hotel Cusco Plaza Nazarenas. My experience with you all was truly amazing and I am truly grateful and thankful for the stay and experience.

I arrived from Romania, Europe for the first time to Peru Cusco and the hotel was very nice, the staff was very attentive, especially Jackelin at the reception who was very attentive and friendly. The breakfast was very pleasant. I loved it and enjoyed this beautiful city.... I highly recommend this hotel and especially the City of Cusco which has many incredible places
