Modern decorated hotel with a good price point. Beds were comfortable and I love the bathroom. The security guard was friendly and staff was friendly. This is located in a more local area I would say. Just downstairs is Le Duan Night Market. And a 3 mins walk to Con Market which has ample of local hawker food choices. You can take in the sights of wet market, dried food stalls, clothing and bag stalls. There is a bakery few doors down of the hotel on the same side. Popeye and KFC a little further down. Other than that, not much around as in it is not a area which is spotted with ample of shops, cafe and eateries. But, this is not really a problem as you can easily Grab anywhere. Highland Coffee is about an 8 min walk at the junction. I booked 2 rooms Superior Double Rooms. One had a big window facing the city. Unfortunately, I had the inner room assigned with a narrow frosted window so it was basically just 4-walls, Wished they had mentioned that.

As it was my 1st time in Danang, Lan and her team were very helpful to my request for directions, was able to provide their personal recommendations of places to eat local food and the recommendations were quite good in fact. Although I booked my own Grab to move within the city, they were proactive to help me ask within their network, to double check for the correct destination. Especially on the last day, they helped me talk to the Grab driver, to ensure that I was driven to correct airport terminal for my flt. Overall, I enjoyed the interaction with the friendly hotel staff, would highly recommend this hotel! This was the only thing which I found was irritating. My husband & I stayed at Muong Thanh Luxury Song Han 4 nights & 5 days from May 28 to June 1st, 2023. Overall I would give a 3.0 rating for morning buffet. They had the new local specialty dish every morning. Other than that, other dishes are very limited, not too much selection. I would give them a 5+ for their customer service. We were looking for help to install a face shield for our helmet. Ngu-the name of the friendly bell-boy, who finished his shift and was ready to go home with his family. However, he was willing to help us got it done in 1.5 hour. Much appreciated for his assistance! I would give the hotel cleanness, room space & location a 5. I love the location of this hotel. It's a walking distance to amenities such as Han Market, Cho Con Market, the dragon bridge as well as many great local restaurants. The location is in the heart of Da Nang city. I would highly recommend you to stay at this hotel for your trip.

You can come at night time for late check in, the staff always standby at counter, and checkout is easy, also you can left your baggage until you come back in limited time. Enjoy in here a lot!

The hotel is quite nice but the service is not really good especially in the restaurant at 4rd floor. I think the hotel was fully occupied during my stay. There are lots of guests during 0830 at the restaurant. The waiter checked my room number and let me go. I have to find a table by myself. The utensils were put inside a stainless baskets and we seemed like we are taking breakfast in the fast food shop. All crowded and the environment is completely not like a 5 star hotel. Very bad experience in these 2 days at breakfast time. But the choices are many, but not special. There is only 1 coffee machine in a restaurant which serve more than hundreds of guests. There is a coffee corner which provide coffee, latte but only VIP will be served. My friend asked for a latte made by a staff named Chinh ( maybe wrong spelling) but her reply was this was serve to VIP, not you and you could get your own by coffe machine. I really can't believe this is a 5 star hotel service. Besides of the Eatery restaurant, other facilities like sa, gym, swimming pool, sanua are quite nice to me. You have to go to the spa where provide good service at not expensive price, very beautiful environment and sea view. I think the management should improve their service and try to upgrade the service in the restaurant.

Why did Sanitation give a star? Because there were cockroaches in the room on the first night, there were a lot of cockroaches, contact the front desk and tell us that we can only change the room the next day because there is no room. We took our three children, so why go to the hotel in the middle of the night? I sprayed a lot of mosquito repellent by myself, but fortunately I brought my own sheets, and it will be one night! The room on the 15th floor was very clean the next day Shopping around is very convenient, there are markets and supermarkets, department stores

We enjoyed a 4 day stay in GIC hotel and it was one of the best hotels we were! Breakfast was amazing, the staff was super friendly and polite and everyone speaks English! Huuuge thanks to the special attention we received from Chris, front office manager!! He treated us with special attention and gave us tips for trips, what to visit in Da Nang etc. he also speaks English perfectly. Thank you, i would love to return back here and stay here again ;)

I spent 3 nights here with my daughters. We had a fantastic stay and I couldn't fault any aspect. We took one of the suites on the top floors with which we had the use of a latge private lounge with computer access. We were informed that we could have 'snacks and cocktails' here in the early evening but this turned out to be a wonderful array of self service food and drinks with extremely helpful staff in attendance. Breakfast was the same - supurb Vietnamese dishes alongside more western fare - cereal/ pastries etc. The staff were extremely friendly, charming and attentive. The reception/ foyer area is large and airy and opens on to the small but pleasant pool where you can easily while away a couple of hours. A restricted but adequate menu of food is available in the foyer or you can done in the spacious and elegant ground floor restaurant. One floor of the hotel is given over to beautifully appointed massage, spa and wellbeing rooms with step in baths, marble floors and beautiful wooden finishing. We enjoyed several massaged during our stay and I think they were unrivalled anywhere else. The hotel is situated on a little promontory overlooking and slightly removed from the city. You are that bit removed from the congested streets and traffic pollution of Danang. You can (and I did) easily walk in to the city centre. It's a 30 - 40 minute walk across the bridge. Otherwise a Grab/ taxi will get you there in 5 - 10 minutes for a very small cost. Whether on business or travelling this is a really good hotel. It's part of a well respected global chain but it has its own distinctive feel. Highly recommended.

First day, the hair dryer is not hot and I requested them to send a moveable dryer and they sent someone to repair the hair dryer. By the time the person fix it my hair was dried. Second day, I was so disappointed as after I showered and I wish to use air dryer and the hair dryer totally not working and I need to call them again. They sent someone to change a new one at last!
