I have stayed at this property multiple times over the past three years or so. It is my go-to location when I don't need to stay in the city. It's right off I-90. About 30 minutes from the Wrigley area in normal traffic. Parking is free, unlike most O'Hare adjacent properties. Breakfast is included and very good with many options. The staff is competent. I have never had any problems. All the rooms I have had have been quiet, clean, and well-kept. My last stay was March 17, 2022 and I already have another reservation here in the near future. If you are driving and want to save some money visiting Chicago, this place is perfect.

Nice location and very near the place I needed to work. The area is nice and the hotel is easy to get to. The pool area is nice and open to just adults after 11pm. Happy Hour snacks were great and the breakfast very nice.

The King's room was very spacious with a large and comfortable double bed. Typical American buffet breakfast with a variety of varieties, including both sweet and salt food (marmelade, toast, bagel, cabbage, pancake, waffles ...) Excellent location for those who need to go to the Convention Center in Schaumburg for a given fair that is located Just 10 minutes drive from the hotel

Decided to stay here last minute rather than risk violating Chicago’s curfew (9:00 p.m.). Reviewed their website before booking and was impressed by their protocol for addressing cleaning COVID-19 issues — touchless check in, etc. I booked online but directly with IHG (not through a third-party) and payed full price. Wearing a face covering, I at the property and found that none of the claims on their website re: COVID-19 protocols were true. No touchless checkin. Two women were working the small reception area — neither one wore a mask. And, although they had my information from my reservation / booking, they required me to fill out two forms while they were some two to three feet away. It was after 11:00 p.m. and searching another hotel at that hour presented other risks. So, I stayed — hoping for the best. Didn’t notice a single precaution in the room. I could go on but you get the point. As I walked into the lobby to check out the next morning (again, wearing a mask), I asked the woman working at reception what their policy was re: face coverings. She looked at and me and assured me that, yes, they were face coverings — as she pulled one from her face and put it on. NOTE: I am not writing this review to be critical of the individuals I encountered working at the property. They are trying to get by like everyone else. The problem here is that the policies advertised on the website either don’t exist or aren’t properly implemented / enforced.

We have stayed here twice now as it is the closest hotel to our family that gives us the option to have a separate living room and bedroom. It is a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Things like the bathroom vanity and kitchenette counter are updated. Comfortable bed. Great water pressure in the shower. Pool seemed warm enough to try even in the winter but we didn’t have time. Check in is easy on the app and we use the digital keys making quick check in/out. We were easily able to get extra cups and towels at the front desk. Considering there isn’t daily maid service there could be more tea and trash bags provided in the room, but we brought our own so I didn’t bother asking for more. Plenty of stores and food in the area. This will continue to be our home base when we are visiting family in the area.

I was unimpressed with this overpriced hotel. There was no daily housekeeping ~ the room is only tidied once per four nights. As I was there on business it would have been nice to come back to a tidied room for this price. Breakfast was poor and lacking imagination. If you are planning to use this hotel on vacation don't! It is a business hotel on a business park, miles from the city & stores.

Stayed here on the last day of a business trip, catching a plane the next day, and returning the car, so I lived here. It is also very convenient to eat nearby, there is a mall not far from driving, and there are many choices. The next morning, because I had to take a long flight back to China, I ate a big breakfast, very good!

I love HGIs. Good price, great room and staff. Perfect location for my needs.
