The airport shuttle was booked beyond capacity so I had to arrange my own transportation to the airport. For an airport hotel, the lack of an airport shuttle is a big deal. It negates the point of an airport hotel. Additionally: room was loud (A/C unit had to be turned off to sleep), bathtub drain was clogged (shower would not drain), overall condition of room was poor

Parking lot around hotel is small and therefore was full, so we had to park in overflow lot, which made things a bit inconvenient.

The front desk staff was fantastic! Very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was beyond amazing. Very tasty and fresh.

We stayed for 3 days, two of the 3 nights there was someone on the 3rd floor running a marathon up and down the halls from 5pm until 5 am literally non stop. Our room had blue splatter on the ceiling and walls, there was a bug that decided it wanted to snuggle with my daughter so just to make sure we stripped the bed to make sure she didn't have anymore companions. When we lifted the mattress there were candy wrappers stuck to the underneath of the mattress! The shower was horrible with absolutely no pressure, Luke warm water and it didn't drain properly so we had a pool while we showered and made it an exciting game of don't slip and break something! The shower walls had someone else's hair plastered all over!

The parking situation is not at all clear. Some of their advertising suggests that there is free airport parking. However, it is only free when you are staying at the hotel. Other hotels in the vicinity make that clear but not here. When you get to the desk, they have a bunch of material explaining the situation, which makes it seem like confusion is quite common.
