"A beautifully designed hotel with symbols of Arab tradition and culture. Friendly staff, breakfast like at the imperial table.
The pool is pleasant, suitable for a multi-hour stay.
An excellent Japanese restaurant with a large selection of dishes.
The only drawback is the connection between the hotel and the shopping mall. It is so complicated and unnecessary to go around almost the entire hotel and the car entrance to get to the shopping malls car entrance again. It's as if someone deliberately wants to delay the transition from the hotel to the mall"
"The price-performance ratio is good, the overall feeling is three or four stars, the price is good, the room size is OK, Uber is convenient, and it is not far from the subway."

"It was cleaner, more spacious than I expected, had a high ceiling, and I was satisfied. The location was also really good. You could walk to West Bay Beach and the building. I requested a non-smoking room, but the only downside was that it smelled like cigarettes."
"This is our second time staying in this property and I have to say it never disappoints. This time I had an event in the property and I stayed only for one night with my son. I called the property to request for an early check in and Farooq was kind enough to grant the request. We checked in at 11am! Upon check in, there was one lady who kindly assisted us. Her name is Sharon and I came to know later that she is the Executive Housekeeper in the property. She even went out her way to show me the RIXY KIDS club so my son can enjoy some activities during our stay. She was so kind and warm. We reached the room and we were again surprised to receive some complimentary sweets sent by her. Our stay was nothing short of amazing. More than the amazing facilities of the property, I think it’s really the warmth and kind hospitality of the people in the property that makes this hotel stand out. Will definitely come back again."
"Such a lovely hotel with great service. From the moment i checked it, i was greeted with a friendly face from Eric until the moment i checked out.
Amazing food, and beautiful rooms.
Thank you"
"It’s a nice hotel, with plenty of restaurants to choose from. It’s great that it has a pool and a mini beach. It is located conveniently 15-20 minutes from all landmarks & malls.
The club next door plays music extremely loud from midnight until closing time at 2AM. The biggest downside was that we were staying on the 20th floor/seaside view and could still hear the music & base loudly. It disturbed our good night sleep and that’s very unfortunate since the beds are so comfortable."
"Room size is good, ac perfect no noise.
View was on a tower with light flickering all the nights.
Restaurant at breakfast has great food but with some kitchen exhaust issues ( Kitchen smell lingers on clothes).."
"The entire hotel is absolutely stunning, with impressive decor throughout the building. The staff are amazing and incredibly hospitable; their kindness really makes a difference. Although there were a few moments of miscommunication due to the language barrier, the overall stay was wonderful. However, I was a bit disappointed with the amenities. The swimming pool was out of service for four days of my trip without any prior notice, which was a major downside given the 46-degree weather. Additionally, the lobby is quite small, leaving little room to sit casually. The restaurants and cafes within the hotel are also quite pricey and cannot be used for lounging unless you make a purchase."

Perfect
DDr. Saleh Alkawariamazing hotel in location and best customer service culture, which is noticeable at the doorsteps of hotel entrance by valet parking staff to receptionist and all over the hotel. restaurants and food are second to none. We had our first lunch at the Italian restaurant Sel & Miel , the food and staff are amazing, they surprised us with cake and flowers for our 50th wedding Anniversary and took alot of pictures for us by their Polaroid camera. Special thanks to the best housekeeping ever who surprised us with the setup of our room. we were touched by invitation from Nassira and Huda to have moroccan tea at the lobby bar. I would like to give special thanks to all staff of Lagoon restaurant, Suhila, yasmin, Hatim, Elma, Duwi ,luyoni, and lovely Balaneeis girls who take care of us during our 5 days stays. we definitely will come back and recommend The Ritz Carlton to our friends and family members.
BBethanAbroadThis was an amazing hotel! The service was so good and they even extended my check out time. The breakfast was incredible and so was room service. I will definitely stay here again when I’m in Doha.
GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay in Mandarin Oriental Doha in our recent family trip during Chinese New Year holidays. The room is spacious for my family of four with 2 young children. All the staff are friendly, especially the servers in Mosaic who could address me by name in the second morning without telling them my room number. We also ordered room service once and the staff Faroh is extremely helpful.
NNaleshWe have stayed at this hotel almost every year either as Doha being our destination or a break point for onwards travel or return and all our experiences have been the best to say the least. However, as some say it takes one bad experience and all good ones get suppressed very quick.
This stay, our first impression at the checkin left a bad taste to the experience. The hotel policy is that checkin is at 3pm and we know that from previous experience and booking details, however previously the staff were very polite in saying the room was wasn’t ready or they can check us in but a little later and on some occasions we were given a room early, however this time we were bluntly told checkin is at 3pm and to come back then. Baggage can be held. The checkin staff was either overwhelmed with work or angry about something but he did not show professionalism. He was getting upset with another staff member and was bluntly rude. Dashed off in the back telling another staff to stay in the front.
We left our baggage and came back at 1.30pm with another staff at checkin and was allocated a room straight away and infect got an upgrade. I made the comment that I wish she was there earlier with him standing next to her. His reaction was, ‘sorry to keep you waiting’. I don’t think that was genuinely said as he had no sincerity in it and straight away start d chatting to some ladies that were on the counter.
Room was good but we got a joining room and I don’t like those rooms as you can almost hear everything from the other room as the door is the only barrier. As the stay was for 2 nights, I wasn’t going to create any fuse. The amenities in the room like soap, shower gel etc is still in small pack, so if you and your partner have a shower once, you’ll have to call to get another set or buy some yourselves. I would have expected better. Bed and pillows comfortable. A/C was quiet but it seemed to go into power saving mode in the middle of the night as you would wake up hot and sweaty but after a couple of minutes it would cool up again.
Breakfast was booked as part of the booking and as usual, it was very well catered. Lots of variety and good quality. Staff were excellent and did everything to impress.
Overall, location is excellent and rooms are nice but starting to show it’s age. Would I return, maybe. There was a time I could say definitely and would recommend the hotel eyes closed but this experience has led to think that I should try other hotels in the vicinity as I feel the quality would or could be better. Other staff such as bell boys and coffee staff at checkin were excellent and very helpful. I wish I had a better checkin experience.
NNOORZEELA BinteOmg!! The room is huge!!! I have no complaints on the pricing. It’s a beautiful room. Clean and lots of space. It will be my permanent to go to hotel if I ever go back to Qatar again. Keep up the good excellent work Hyatt!!❤️
AAnonymous UserThe room is a standard business hotel. You can't go wrong. It's pretty good. The service is pretty standard.
The room is also very large. The view from the upper floors is very good. The gym is also very large. I will stay here again next time.
It's pretty good. Recommended.
KKonstantinSI really liked everything except the sea, the bottom was muddy after going into the water 5 meters.
The hotel, service, cleanliness, choice of restaurants and service are excellent. The rooms were cleaned several times a day! The breakfasts are amazing, the pool is just super! Children's room with baby sitters and lots of games there.
If you need to leave the hotel, you will be taken to the exit by golf cart. I recommend this hotel to everyone
KKonstantin KCompleted several stays here in March-April and it's definitely gotten worse in terms of facilities - the only one really being the pool. Initially, there were two sun loungers by the pool (already not too many), but in April the pool bar (independently owned) completely took over - loungers were removed, ugly black-draped Iftar service tables installed, tables added to occupy all of the area. If you show up at pool opening time (6 am), there are some napkins and water bottles around and inside the pool. At 4 pm, the manager (?) of the bar shows up with service staff, they start talking loudly and moving the furniture around, making something that's already uncomfortable even more hard to bear - in spite of the pool allegedly open until 6 pm. Very annoying to say the least.
Music from the same bar is clearly audible inside the rooms facing it, too, which may be a nuisance at night.
Otherwise the hotel is quiet, rooms are ok, with the exception of most shower doors that don't close tightly and, opening to the outside of the cabin, let out a lot of water that stays on the floor.
It's not a bad hotel but there are minimal amenities and the above issues must be addressed for it to be highly recommended for the price.
MMary JuneMy stay is unforgettable and amazing! City view makes me enjoyed having my coffee in the morning. Hotel is clean and room service is great! Recommended and affordable when you are looking for a staycation whereas you will spend less while being satisfied with the amenities. Staffs are very accommodating to especially Ms. Marijoy who assist me and choose the best room for my stay. Thank you and I appreciate🙏👏❤️
TThiam MengEveryone made me feel really at home in my 4 days there. Irfan and Muhaidi and the others at Front Desk listened carefully for my requests and tried to help wherever they could and provided information for me around town. Gamal introduced me to the room and also took the initiative to guide me around the neighbourhood the next day. Staff at the Lounge also made watching World Cup matches there comfortable and enjoyable, sometimes coming over to make small talk about the football and was able to attend to our every need. For location, the hotel is within 5min walk to a Metro station and amenities like restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies.
Room was great, but found deposits unfortunately at the kettle spout.
Thank you, Millennium Central Doha.
