The room facilities were complete and functional, and the cleaning was incredibly thorough; even the corners were spotless, making for a very comfortable stay. It's also the only hotel in Ideal State with a heated pool, which is a huge plus as you can swim year-round. The resort has many uphill sections, but the hotel offers a shuttle service on demand, making getting around super convenient. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, and the cliffside restaurant offers stunning views, perfect for photos. Housekeeper Ah Jun was attentive and thoughtful, and they even offer custom outdoor BBQ services. The temperature here is cool in the summer, making it an excellent escape from the heat, and the direct view of Erhai Lake is absolutely breathtaking. Our holiday experience was truly maximized. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Dali!
