As hotel prices have soared recently, I found a great plan for One Harmony members at a pinpoint. Along with national travel support, it was a price that has not been possible in recent years. The amenities are as substantial as before, with USB chargers and extension cords, and the complementary USB outlets that are commonplace in recent business hotels are also firmly available. Breakfast was a half buffet for a while, but this time the full buffet was revived and a sufficient number of items were prepared. Overall, I felt like I finally returned to front of Corona. Ritz Carlton will open in June, but the real pleasure of Ritz is the club lounge. I'm not saying that, but I would like you to make a club floor if you have the opportunity to renovate next time.

I like old fashion hotels, but this one just feels old. Room was extremely basic, restroom ugly, and pillows uncomfortable. Japanese breakfast was elegant but hard to digests. The buffet breakfast had some options, but still limited. But the worst part is that you need to pay extra usd 22 to use a small gym! I wish I knew earlier… I won’t stay here again. Location is convenient though just walking distance from the station.

I've been to Fukuoka multiple times and previously stayed at other establishments that simply cannot match the Ritz. Got a king room for my honeymoon. Really appreciate Sanjay and rest of staff making us feel very appreciated from check-in until departure. The level of attentiveness was impressive, and people here speak good English. Location is quite good, close to metro/bus stops, Ohori park,and plenty of eateries/shopping/yatai's. Room is as modern as you'd expect. Bed and bathroom are very comfortable - other hotels are going to struggle to match this level of sophistication. I really appreciated the amount of space vs the typical Japanese hotel. Great amount of amenities. Minor suggestions for improvement - in-room snacks - we got the impression that several of the snacks were complimentary. After we checked out, we discovered that they were not, an unpleasant surprise. Some better communication here would be valuable. Late check out - as an Elite member at check-in we were told that late check out would be offered. However, on the day of I discovered that I still had to call to ask for late check out, and then I had to wait a bit until they called back to confirm. The small details matter in delivering a flawless experience. Still, these are relatively minor things and overall we were very satisfied with our stay. On our next stay to lovely Fukuoka we'd definitely only stay here. Book it, you won't regret it.

Since it is a New Otani brand, I had some expectations, but unfortunately it was crushed. Stayed alone in a twin type with breakfast for business use. The room was large enough and clean and the amenities were substantial. It is undeniable that it is old, but some of the water and closets have been renewed, and the air conditioning was good without any discomfort. However, the bed mattress is cheap, or it is not comfortable to sleep in. I felt that there were more high-quality things that were more particular about the new business hotels in the surrounding area. I was greatly disappointed with that point. The breakfast of Western buffet was very small and I was really disappointed. * The point that you can order the dishes and the taste are generally passing points, but the fact that the variety is too small is surprising and stunned. The staff at the breakfast venue were dull and vacant, but it felt like a flow work. I couldn't feel any dust in the consciousness of carrying the hotel sign on my back. The cleaning staff stopped firmly and greeted each other, but it looked far away and the staff was arrogant and rough and made me feel sick. As for this, I feel that the new business hotels around me are more educated. The front staff 々 seemed busy, but it was crisp and there was no discomfort, but on the other hand, I didn't feel warm. Conclusion, bird, soft, and price are not chosen. I would like to stay again if it is much cheaper, but I am positively pear. Birds cannot be easily improved due to budget problems, but staff education should be as much as possible. When I noticed, I was overtaken by the surrounding competing hotels and the hotels of the rank that were not competing, and such a future is close.

I used this place on my first trip to Fukuoka. I imagined a business hotel, but I had a gift for my children, and I was able to spend fun with my children! We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel rooms are nice, but quiet small. Their staffs are good and Manoj is excellent. Our group has 2 seniors and one of them had stroke in the morning 4am as we had a flight at 8am. Manoj was waiting to help us called a taxi as we spoke last night, so he helped out calling an ambulance, offering helps that we didn't expect. He is deserved recognitions. Thank you again Manoj! We would recommend this hotel. It is in night live area so you can stay up late. Also you will feel safe because good staff will take care you well.

Alcohol disinfectants are placed in various places, and I have the impression that consideration is given to measures against the new corona infection, and I would like to use it if I have another chance. I’m a frequent guest at Millennial Kyoto and couldn’t be more delighted to hear that they open a new hotel in Fukuoka. Millennials Fukuoka is in a strategic location close to restaurants, mini marts, and lots of stuff going on in the Area. It’s sparkling clean and well run. Their staff, especially Faith are extremely helpful. I had a great stay and would love to return when I’m back in Fukuoka.
