Wonderful trip, this hotel is in an industrial park. I dare not go out except for a chartered car, but it is very close to the exhibition hall. The first day we checked in showed that the hotel had successfully deducted the charge. When we arrived at the front desk, we said that we didn't receive this and paid again. We decided on a twin room, and it turned out that we upgraded the king bed. What do you think, a large bed, which is not particularly large, and then asked to change to an ordinary double bed. They didn't understand until we left at noon, always saying that the first pen was not received. We stayed for three days. During this period, we also contacted Ctrip. Then Ctrip customer service does nothing, it is really terrible! If we do n’t receive the money, either we pay an extra $ 800 or $ 900, or we miss the plane! No one is responsible!

Five-star hotel, I lived in such a tall hotel for the first time. The welcome was very special. I helped us with our luggage and could not refuse it because it was a tip. With breakfast and dinner, buffet, especially rich.

Had an awesome experience. I celebrated 5th birthday party of son here and what a wonderful experience I had. Thanks to Mr Hari and Mr Dhani who made this event super successful. They took care of the entire event and fulfilled all my de***ds like as if the party was of their own. The hotel upkeep was commendable, really hygienic with super fast service. Food was wow!! So amazing.. none of the dish I can say needs some extra… all the dishes from starter to maincourse were finger licking good. Most importantly the entire staff was so courteous and ready to serve you with priority. Loved everything about Ascent Biz and will keep going for good food and courteous staff.
