When we got to the hotel, we was not on the system, but the staff we're very professional, booking us in and sorting out the problem later.
would stay again because of the staff being very helpful and professional..

Very nice breakfast and dinner, Shelly Eden was our server and she was very nice. The sausages for breakfast were particularly delicious. Comfy beds, rooms were clean. Good shower. Nice and hot and good water pressure. Very quiet location and peaceful. Only downside is no lift so if you have mobility issues ask for a ground floor room.

The room was a good size, clean and fresh. Good location, close to the beach and centre of Great Yarmouth. Staff was friendly, especially Shelly and Lucy on the bar and kitchen, puddings were amazing, definitely recommend it and will stay again if in the area.

We booked a budget family room the night before we needed it as a spontaneous extension to our holiday and we thoroughly enjoyed it! It was clean and tidy, the staff were lovely, the room was huge and breakfast was incredible value for money. For value I would give them 10/10 and I would definitely book with that hotel specifically, but the brand too, should we need a hotel again.

All the staff are very nice and attentive I had a meal there and my server was shelly who excellent service I have been here before on business and I will continue to come here again as there is free parking on site Would highly recommend any one to Come

Donna at reception was fantastic and check in was amazing! Bar service is great, drinks are cheap and served with a smile. Would recommend to anyone to stay here as a clean fantastic hotel. Andy and Kieren. Thank you so much! Would come again!

We all enjoyed the stay and had everything we needed. Short drive to the beach. Quiet area and close to local Sainsbury’s.
