Had the pleasure of staying at the hotel early May. From the beginning being picked up at the Airport by Monty could tell this was a very nice place He is so friendly and full of information with a smile that goes on forever. ! We were checked in by Marion Brayboy who was available to us for our many questions during the day- always smiling and tolerant 😀. This is a nice older hotel that has conference rooms available. It also has a restaurant where the food was delicious. Marie made the dinner even better. So pleasant and accommodating to our every whim. Also there is a bar attached that has televisions so you don’t have to miss a game. Louis was also great to work with. The beds were very comfortable and for the first time in a long time the hotel pillows were great. If you’re ever headed that way, this is the place to stay.

Large room, clean. Balcony overlooks the parking lot and road. TV did not work, but someone came and fixed it. WiFi worked well. Extremely high water pressure that could not be reduced; actually uncomfortable taking a shower. Only disappointment was that they don't provide free breakfast.

Hotel is very clean. Staff is courteous, helpful, and friendly. They go above and beyond to help their guests. The hotel is in a great location restauraunts, banks, grocery, auto, and pet stores within walking distance. I would recommend for buisness or family vacations. I would gladly book again.

We had an outstanding stay at this hotel. We needed their handicapped room with the roll in shower. Yes, the room we had was at the end of a long hallway on the second floor...Yes they had an elevator. They also have a handicapped room on the first floor but we were checking in early and the first floor room was not ready but the second floor room was....We took it and it was a very nice room. Hotel had a minimal issues with TV service but it was resolved quickly and was not an issue. We very much appreciated the early check in. The room met our needs easily and was very pleasant. Everything worked and breakfast was very good. This hotel will likely be our choice for future stays in Greenville as we are very likely to return and is convenient but also in a quiet location; just hope their handicapped room will be available for our next visit

Perfect location and convenient to many spots from fun to food for date stays or family. My only negative would be the fact certain rooms are literally pool rooms and I witnessed two different moments where only selected parents were rudely addressed about ALL the children (even ones not with them) being loud in the pool due to complaints and was verbally informed that it was a privilege for them to be at the pool until closing which is at 11pm! Other than that being addressed incorrectly I’ll say it’s a great spot, just don’t take your kids to the pool because if they get too loud the pool will close early for “maintenance” bs!

Hotel isnt worth da money👌because dey dnt even have mirowaves in it you have to literally request it❗❗❗besides all dis dam money for dese rooms and you have to pay for breakfast smh $15 a person ain't no way when you can go to fa golf resorts on verdae and spend less and get free breakfast and swimming area in or out side❗❗and you can barley sleep for da damm house keepers are aggy dey comes to your room way before check out tyme and a right after da tyme has come to check out❗nowww da beds are very comfy and floors be half away clean da house keepers should take more tyme cleaning dese rooms but location was a plus and quiteness was a plus to❗to be honest all folks is paying for is da name HILTON dats it❗anything over hundred dollars should include microwave,refrigerator,breakfast and etc and i know you get wat you put in❗im really disappointed at dis hotel and wouldnt recommend it to no one to be honest❗
