During this trip, I was fortunate to stay at Yaxuan Hot Spring Homestay. The experience was perfect and I must praise it.
As soon as I stepped into the homestay, the room made me shine. The simple yet warm decoration style, harmonious color matching, and the orange and gray bedding are lively yet calm. The room is spacious and bright, with excellent lighting. The large floor-to-ceiling windows bring the outside scenery into the room. It is so comfortable to wake up in the sunshine and birdsong in the morning.
The hot spring pool of the homestay is a highlight. The private outdoor pool is surrounded by green plants and full of natural atmosphere. Soaking in the warm spring water, the fatigue of the day is dissipated, and there are cute little yellow ducks floating on the water, adding a bit of childishness.
The scenery of the park is even more beautiful. The carefully maintained garden is lush with flowers and plants, and the paths are secluded. At night, the lights are on, warm and romantic. The tent area is uniquely designed, and camping here will definitely give you a different experience. There is also a heart-shaped light group full of design, which is very photogenic.
Parents with children don’t have to worry at all, as there are a lot of children’s play facilities here. There are colorful slides, swings, etc., where children can play to their heart’s content. Pet-friendly is also a plus point, and seeing cute little animals makes my heart melt.
When you are tired of playing, you can have an outdoor barbecue, with fresh ingredients, and enjoy the food in the beautiful scenery, which doubles the happiness. The staff of the B&B are warm and thoughtful, and they make people feel at home from check-in to check-out.
This experience at Yaxuan Hot Spring B&B satisfies all my fantasies about an ideal vacation. Whether it is leisure and relaxation, parent-child travel or couples dating, this is a great choice. I sincerely recommend it to everyone, and I believe you will fall in love with this treasure B&B like me!

The B&B is hidden in a hundred-acre lychee forest. It is very unique. There are cabins and various parent-child theme rooms. We booked a tent theme, which the children liked very much. There is a large lychee forest outside the floor-to-ceiling window of the room.
The room is clean and tidy, the housekeeper is warm and hospitable, and the meals are all vegetables grown by the farmers themselves and chickens raised, which are green and pollution-free
The B&B activities are rich and colorful. You don’t need to go anywhere else. Just playing here is enough. We experienced baked branch bread and plant rubbings. The children participated in the whole process, and the experience and sense of achievement were full. They also went to the fields to pick mulberries and vegetables
There are no lychees now, and we plan to wait until July and August when the lychees are ripe to go again

This was a rather unusual stay for us. Before I begin, I have to say that it really wasn’t bad-the room was really spacious, soaking in the private hot tub is always a treat, and we were surprised by the fact that we got 2 dinners, even though the package we bought said it would be one dinner per stay. Anyways, let’s start with the fact that 90% of the hot springs are closed. That wasn’t a big deal for us, as we don’t really like public hot springs, but we just went to check it out. I feel like if I paid this amount of money expecting to have full two days of fun and relaxation in the hot springs park, and all the pools were closed, I would be super disappointed. Next thing was-our jacuzzi didn’t work. We went to the reception and reported it, and they shrugged and said “oh well, it doesn’t work”. We didn’t want to change the room over that one thing, but I felt it was really unprofessional that they didn’t even offer. The hotel is OVERCROWDED. Friday was ok, Saturday was already full to capacity, and on Sunday morning we couldn’t find a seat for breakfast in three huge dining areas. The food was average at best, but I like Chinese food, so I wasn’t disappointed that the advertised “German food” wasn’t there. Also, for a hotel of this type, where the point is soaking in the spring, enjoying and relaxing, there should be a rule for screaming, as on Saturday a family moved in just below us, and they were constantly yelling and it really affected our stay. Of course you can’t choose your neighbors, but a house rule of not screaming would be wonderful. All in all we had fun and got a good rest (the bed is soooooo comfortable!!!), but I believe it lacked many things for this price. I would call the hotel and check if the pools work or not, and make sure that everything in your room works properly.

We went to the local B&B and an employee surnamed Tian entertained us, he was friendly and polite and warm hospitality, that question, we had many questions. He tried to help us solve it. Really excellent staff, this I am super praise, we go to him will have an afternoon tea for me, can be very comfortable to enjoy the scenery of the scene, that moment really, very comfortable, this environment is really a paradise, there are many woods and bamboo forests, there is a pond to see There is a frog is really beautiful, and the room is well equipped, there is a projector, and the washroom is also smart, I appreciate the most, is that bath, this trip made me very unforgettable, I will also introduce friends to the bed and breakfast, overall quiet environment, attentive service, unforgettable memories!

👍 I didn't get the room until 9pm. As soon as I entered the door, an uncle assisted me in checking in. The procedure was simple (a deposit of 800 was required, which would be returned after check-out).
👍 After checking in, you can contact the housekeeper by joining the WeChat group. Every day, the housekeeper will take the initiative to ask about tomorrow's breakfast arrangements, whether cleaning is needed, and other needs. This initiative is very important to us.
👍 I requested a thin pillow and a bath set, which were all prepared for me.
👍 There is a laundry rack in the bathroom, which is very convenient.

A Trip to a Private Hot Spring in Conghua~
Facilities: Each room comes with a private hot spring, bathtub, and Dyson hair dryer, and the bedding is also very comfortable. Those who demand a high quality sleep will definitely feel free to stay here.
Environment: Absolutely worth it. This French-style manor is photogenic, with a backyard, front yard, first-floor studio, and rooms. I snapped over 1,000 photos and they all came out great! I especially love the owner's gardening aesthetic; the landscape design is incredible.
Service: 24-hour attentive butler service. Always available to answer compliments and reviews.

Service: Both the hotel staff and the staff in the hot spring are very enthusiastic and provide good service. I met Aunt Kuang in the hot spring. She was very considerate and gave us towels. When I checked out, I also met Sister Zhao and she took care of it right away.

Facilities: There is a hot spring pool in the room, which is cleaner and more sanitary than the public one. The hot spring pool is quite large and can accommodate two people. If you are a family with children, there should be no pressure. The hot spring should be a real hot spring. After the bath, the skin feels smooth.
The room is about 50 square meters, very large, with a bar, a refrigerator, and a balcony with chairs for sitting. I counted a total of 4 chairs in the room, which is very convenient for people like me who like to eat takeout in the hotel. (Takeout needs to go downstairs to the front desk to get it, which is not good. I hope that a takeout delivery robot can be installed)
I like the design of the bathroom very much. The bathroom and toilet are separated, and the washbasin is a double basin. The bed is relatively soft and comfortable to sleep. The only drawback is that there is no socket on one side of the bed, which is not convenient for charging.
Hygiene: Very good, nothing abnormal was found. There is just a hole in the bath towel, and I hope to strengthen the inspection. (It would be better to prepare more bath towels for rooms with hot springs)
Service: The front desk service is very good. Although the next day was 51, they still helped me delay the check-out for half an hour. I opened the wine in the room at night without a bottle opener, but it was delivered quickly.
Breakfast: According to family members who went there, there are a lot of varieties and the taste is pretty good. The steamed buns are made of pure meat and are more authentic.

VVictoria GuangzhouWe had an amazing stay in one of our favorite hotels in Guangzhou. We love the nature. It’s in the mountains and it’s a lake next to the hotel. You can do kayaking or take a boat. This time we started in RV zone, it’s nice to have own yard. And it’s pet friendly.

GG3MMAA lovely resort, family friendly! It’s quite secluded & definitely a spot to visit if that’s what you’re looking for. Staff are pretty attentive, you’ve just got to ask the questions. Not much English around so expect to translate a lot if you do not read Chinese - not complaining, just stating a fact. If I were to come again I would buy a breakfast & dinner package. The buffet dinner was 168 yuan per adult & our son being under 1.2m tall was free. There were was a Chinese Restaurant we didn’t try & you can get a high tea package for 2 in the afternoon (for 98 yuan) which we also didn’t try. Next time!
Laundry service is a 3 day turn around, so pack supplies wisely…I recommend coming with more than one bathing suit! Bring your floating toys for the kids & enjoy what this place has to offer!

AAnonymous UserThe environment of the hotel is very beautiful, surrounded by natural landscapes and fresh air, making people instantly away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There are many types of hot spring pools with moderate water temperature. After soaking, I feel that my whole body is completely relaxed. The room is spacious and bright, with complete facilities, soft and comfortable bedding, and I slept soundly. The service of the hotel is also very considerate, the staff is friendly and can help at any time. In general, this is a very perfect experience, highly recommended to everyone who wants to relax, and will definitely come again!

OOn The 7th DayLast week I booked a 3-day stay at the Biquan Sky Hot Spring Hotel for myself through Trip.Com. Though there were few photos of the hotel available, the descriptions and reviews convinced me that this might be a good choice for me—but all I can say, is that the praises and kudos that I read are all understatements of what I found there!
I arrived before check in Monday and was greatly assisted by Chen Yunsi, the on-duty butler. My requested upgrade was easily processed and all questions answered clearly. (With electronic translators—as my Putonghua is non-existent!
When a problem in the room arose, the maintenance staff came quickly and resolved the problem without delay.
I found that the massage therapists for complementary neck and shoulder treatments are very effective—but if you prefer wimpy neck rubs, such as not place for you!
The buffet breakfast is combination of Chinese and “westernish” food and drink. Options for coffee were quite limited.
A personal situation arose on the third morning, and I was required to leave one day early. Although the situation could easily have become stressful, with the assistance and cooperation of on-duty staff (including: Ke Yan, Cheng Min, Li Min, and Fei Long), I was able to check out, receive my local refund for the upgrade, and also receive my my Trip.com credit fairly quickly.
All in all, I found the facilities to be of good quality, condition, and cleanliness; the staff to be exceptionally thoughtful, kind and helpful. I highly recommend the Biquan Sky Hot Spring Hotel and hope to return there with my husband sometime.

AAmideeThis is a lovely place to go for a night or two to just relax. Also a pet friendly place, so that makes is ideal for me! The front desk are really helpful and you can add them onto your wechat to contact them directly anytime. They provide all essentials to be comfortable. I did ask if I could have a kettle for inside my tent, for coffee, which they were able to provide for me. Dinner options, you can choose chicken hot pot or the crawfish hot pot at their reception, which you can do yourself by your tent, or tell them you’d like to cook it in their dining area. Otherwise you can also barbecue your own things at your camp sight. It’s suggested to take your own food to bbq there, as their choices are limited. They did provide me with some sweet potato when I asked, and the chicken hot pot was really tasty and filling! The tent was clean, comfortable and has AC. We stayed in the smallest tents they provide, and it was perfect for what we needed. They have a swimming pool facility that is open from 4:30-6:30pm only. It would be nice if was available in the morning as well!! There’s not a lot to do in the surrounding area of the resort. You can do fishing, go for walks through the forest along the stream. I suggest to take some activity things to do like badminton or other board games etc. There are great play areas for kids, and fun slides are incorporated into the designs of some of the rooms. There are plenty different types of tent facilities and some have some really nice privacy looking onto the stream and have some outdoor hot spring tubs (plunge pool). The small tent porches don’t have privacy, but they are adequate for a short stay in nature. Getting there is easy by didi or hired car, getting back you just need to make your search on the app more wide because the location is a bit isolated from busy areas, but otherwise that’s also not a problem.

LLizabethTanyaGreat experience with the resort! This is a beautiful resort for a recharge without having to travel to Thailand. Most notably, it’s the service of the resort that made the stay even more memorable! Victor Liang, the manager has gone above and beyond to ensure great hospitality from the time we arrived. I was here for a quiet birthday stay with my son, we were so happy with the detailed arrangement from the hotel, not just the beautiful deco but also a nice cake to our surprise.
Communication with staff members were easy via WeChat. They were quick to respond to our requests. I am already thinking about our next stay here.
Hotspring is great, and the surrounding of the resort is great for a morning and evening stroll. Not a very big area but good enough for a recharge from busy city life.
Breakfast buffet pretty limited and the same food for our 2 nights stay, hope they have some rotation especially for guests of longer stay.

LLarrilarioMy room was a luxurious suite with private bath tub (around hkd 3000 for two nights including breakfast). Hardware is definitely exceptional. However when it comes to service it is below standard:
1) front desk - service was poor without any greetings such as bell boy. Front desk officers were unhappy without any eye contact when they talk to you. No hospitality at all;
2) breakfast - the quality both food and service were not up to a 4 or 5 star service. Table was not clean, staffs were almost unfriendly, except one female manager and one staff, all staffs were rushing their task and unwelcoming. I believe the hotel management need to motivate their staff ,otherwise, people won’t come again.
3) Amnenties - room is a luxurious suite with private bath tub, massage chair, kitchen , dining table and queen bed. The tub was not very clean, with water splitting . Such a waste as their service was not meeting the standard of what it is expected to be a 5- star resort. (The environment, garden were nicely decorated indeed) The Hot Spring pool is well known but I have’s try so cannot comment.
I won’t come to this resort again, if the service of the hotel haven’t improved. And I won’t recommend travelers with kids who is looking for a family friendly and good service resort.
P.S.: Parking spaces were spacious and free
