Excellant Stay.. The reception and Concierge Staff should learn to speak English. Landed Morning 5am..it was difficult to communicate. ENGLISH SHOULD BE COMPULSORY.

Our order has 2 breakfast everyday but the hotel record only shows 1. We have to show the trip.com confirmation (luckily husband has printed it out, we can't find it again from the order) and they checked that their record is wrong. Billy at the reception doesn't smile and I think he should ask me to add 1 more breakfast (because there is discount to add in advance) but he didn't do so and make me spent half hour to prove I should have 2 breakfast in the next morning. The manager Yannes has apologized and let us have breakfast in the VIP lounge (also free for tea time and happy hour). The food is only average. The waitress asked me if the food okay, I said the bread of the egg benedict is too soft. Then she answered usually people dont' eat the bread. Do you think her answer is so strange? The hotel is grand, the garden and pond is beautiful, room is cozy but you can hear the noise in the next room. The cleaning lady has good smile and polite. Very close to the MTR station and the restaurant Dim Dou Duck.

This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Rome & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The owners & staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit ex. tours.& transportation. They speak very good English and their breakfast & coffee are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. Excellent location, superb services, helpful staff, waht else do you need? Will definitely come again to this place. Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk (all of them during our stay), they even go out of their way to guide you through the places to visit in Rome. The breakfast was to our expectation. The area is central even if one wishes to walk around. The only thing is that the room is hot, does not have enough light and no air comes in even if you open the window as it is sourrounded by buildings.

The location of this hotel is very good. Near by is metro station, hong kong bus service, nice international food restaurant. Service is ok but the rooms are small. But i think in this price range this is the best hotel you can get. Overall i would say not bad

Location is good. Not far from Sharma ji restaurant. Easily get taxi anytime. The reception is good. Early check-in was provided.

This time I came to Guangzhou for 6 days and stayed in four hotels. This hotel gave me the best experience and the most sense of belonging. It is very new and the decoration is very suitable for the current popular style. I booked a business room, and the front desk upgraded me to a deluxe twin room when they saw that I had two children. Several highlights: 1. The room is very spacious, bright and well ventilated. There is heating and there are smart gadgets that children like. Just like the new friends he is looking for, he plays with Xiaodu in the hotel every day, haha. 2. The beds and linens are very new. There are sofas, chairs and tables for resting. It is very suitable for families. 3. The bed is quite big, 1.35, a family of four can sleep there no problem. The mattress is the most comfortable I've slept on in days. 4. What I like most is the wooden floor. Many hotels have carpets. I am not willing to accept even a small piece of floor. The floor in this hotel room is easy to clean and does not accumulate dust. I am a bit small. Medical staff who are mysophobic like this kind of decoration the most. Whether you live alone or with children, you can feel more at ease. 5. The beauties at the front desk provide very good service. The handsome guy who took us up to see the room type on the first day was really service-minded and very flexible. The boss is very happy to have such an employee. In fact, these ladies are pretty good, solve problems in a timely manner, and are enthusiastic. According to my taste, the only thing that the hotel needs to improve is that the breakfast can be richer and children's products can be slowly added 👀 Let's talk about the location: the hotel is very close to Zhongshan Ophthalmology Center, and it is not close to Canton Tower, Grandview Mall and nearby check-in points. Far. It's only a few kilometers away by taxi, and the subway is also very convenient. It's just that I don't want to take the subway with my children. I feel that Guangzhou is a beautiful place with beautiful people, beautiful buildings, beautiful food and accommodation. I quite like this city. Unfortunately, due to weather conditions, we did not go up to the Canton Tower. I will stay here again next time I take my children to see a doctor.

Got an upgrade in parent/child room on 35th floor It looked fully renovated, fresh scent and carpet smell. My room was very big and clean and looked like I was the first one to use it. It had that fresh smell They could change the breakfast times to times and add more options for halal/muslims customers. Overall they have a lot of options in breakfast too Cleaning was spot on and location is very near to all restaurants and shops. Multiple Canton Fair shuttle a day to pick you up and drop you back to hotel Swimming and gym was also very nice I would use it again for sure but only if it’s 35th floor and above

The room was clean. The receptionists were not attentive (kinda arrogant). The hotel’s location was not traveler friendly that we had to book DiDi every time we wanted to go eat or visit places or go metro station. There’re no spots around the hotel that are good for travelers to go.

Front Desk staff is top service, housekeeping lady that clean my room, thank you so much for the hand writing note.Concierge staff, doesn’t feel like helping traveller like us. I want to thank front desk for helping me and assisting on my request. Here are the major negative thing that i personally feel 1. Centralized A/C which is too hot even though i have switch to the lowest degree with cool high air. 2. Window too dusty as i was told to open the window if is too hot and stuffy 3. Shower top needs to change as the rubber tip turn brownish and water shooting from different direction 4. Breakfast expenses need to pay on the spot and not able to settle upon departure 5. Lift is alittle scary to me even though is safe. The lift have not completely stop and the door open. Overall, staffs is good but hotel is kinda old.
