這個公寓的入住體驗非常糟糕。首先，還沒入住，強制性要交200元按金，雖然退房後還回來了，但是讓人很不舒服，這幾年住酒店還從來沒有交過按金的。其次，我訂的是一室一衞的房間，給我安排的是和別人合住的三室一衞的房間，5，6個人共用一個衞生間，271元住了一個集體宿舍。再次，房間裝修陳舊，設施老舊，衞生差，隔音差，床單都是皺皺的，床上有頭髮，晚上睡覺真是如睡針氈，衞生間的設施陳舊，浴亭的門是壞的，燒水壺表面都是油污。總之，花這麼多錢住了這樣一個房間，真是倒了血黴了！！！

第一印象，門前堆着一大袋不知道哪家留下來的垃圾。總體感覺很臟，異味很大，廁所各種小動物（蜘蛛，蟑螂）花灑看起來壞了很久也沒修，遺漏了個刮鬍刀説給我們寄回來也不寄，反正就是一個渾身不自在的體驗！

房間和圖片一致，裝修風格很喜歡，各種設施佈置精美，衞生very乾淨，入住放心，民宿在繁華地段，周邊交通出行方便。隔音好，空調涼爽，一整晚都睡的很安穩，下次還會選擇這家民宿。

首先説優點，位置不錯，在寶龍，樓下就是吃吃喝喝的，房間很大，裝修的也不錯。但是，老闆服務不行，房間不讓退，根本就是噁心人。有什麼要求要麼不回要麼就是敷衍，住了兩天根本沒人打掃清理，床的床墊也沒有，被子很臟，泛黃。上面就鋪塊布，根本睡不好，我就來過夜的，睡不好那我花這錢圖啥？

下次出行應該不會再選擇這家酒店，簡單説下我的入住經歷我訂了個一居室，房東給我安排了個三居室，和別人一起住，説好的一房一衞變成了二房一衞，同時房東併為提前和我説清楚，給我安排的那個房價還有一股煙味，被子還是破的，請大家避雷

房子挺好的乾淨又衞生，比同價格酒店住起來舒服很多，房東人很好，知道我們要考研提前都換了新床單，還讓我們最後延期到考完試下午五點再退房。
