City Hotel(Hangzhou Renmin Road Metro Station)

The hotel has a good location and convenient transportation. The lady at the front desk has excellent service, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the breakfast is very good.

The hotel has a wide variety of breakfast buffets, and the hotel is in a prosperous location, suitable for traveling with children. It is relatively close to Hangzhou Paradise and Underwater World. There is a three-dimensional parking lot behind the hotel!

First of all, the hotel has a very good location, very close to the subway station. Then the front desk service of the hotel was very good and helped late check-out. The supporting facilities are very good, the TV is big, the wifi is fast, and the room has a bathtub. The breakfast is also good, with many varieties and very hearty. The pillows in the hotel are very comfortable, and overall are good!

首先一個問題 窗户外面是向外延伸的屋頂 毫無風景可言 下雨上面全是積水 第二個問題 洗手間的馬桶沖水聲音巨響 巨吵 每次使用完我都要關上門跑出去 第三個問題 住了兩晚被咬了四個包 半夜起床找電蚊香發現根本沒有 凌晨四點下樓找前台要的 插上之後不亮燈但蚊香片是温的也不知道有沒有用 但凌晨的陽光還是很漂亮的（附圖 唯一好處就是停車方便一點 另晚退了一會兒房還扣了我20按金

差評是給總枱小姐姐的沒有經常看到過的坐在新華書店這邊工位的那位 之前總枱的小帥哥態度就非常好 一連串的事情氣的電話打到總枱直接説給差評了 最後領導來了 好評是給房務經理的

打開房門發現門鎖是壞的 不用房卡自由開關 又要跑到總枱換房 電腦上不了網 工程部師傅來説的 wifi是沒有密碼 的 衹能手機掃碼連接wifi 電腦上不了網的 😞

環境很差，基本設施都不完善，女兒半夜被蚊子咬了十幾口，連驅蚊器也是壞的，服務態度也很差，半夜對前台反應問題，也不解決。

缺點：酒店設施老舊，有黴味，最重要是服務人員態度非常差，熱水壺壞了也沒人處理解決 優點：位置方便，晚上12點去訂房可再第二天下午6點退房

很少在攜程上評論，這次來是因為房間真的很滿 意，很乾凈，佈局也不錯，價格實惠又不落俗 套。床上被褥很舒服。酒店服務很友好，還送了早 餐券。酒店位置在地鐵口附近，很好找，方便吃飯遊 玩。整體酒店還是比較不錯的，比較推薦。
