Kind of a rough trip We rented the suite with the fold-out bed. There was only one employee working when we got there and he couldn't have been nicer but there was more than one man could do by himself. The key programmer machine for the key cards was broken and the door keys programmed wouldn't open the doors. We had to make numerous trips back to the front desk from the 3rd floor and wait on other patrons to get their check in conpleted before he could help us . The keys never ended up working. He had to open the room with a good old-fashioned key. Total check in process took over an hour There were no sheets pillows are blankets for the fold-out sofa sleeper. Go ahead and make another trip to the front desk to get them. The TV had no channels programmed. I called the front desk again and he said he was by himself it would be a bit before he could come up and reprogram the TV. after I programmed the channels myself the remote control turned out to not work All control had to be done at the TV. The wallpaper in the bathroom was falling off. The front desk couldn't have been any nicer and he could not have felt worse ... but he was a one-man team. He told us if we were going to leave and come back then he'd have to come back up with this metal key to open the door anytime we needed. We made sure we didn't need him to open the door Stopped in the morning for breakfast found out the waffle machine didn't work All and all not the best hotel stay a lot of stuff doesn't work.
