It's a Korean hotel
The meals inside are all Korean cuisine😊
All pretty good👌
But because the weather is cold,
There is only an electric heater in the room.

Very nice staff, very good breakfast. Big room for a good price. Laura helped me a lot with all the things I needed. The location is perfect since it is in the Old Quarter very close to the lake. They also offer some tours for Halong Bay, Ninh Binh, etc.

Staff were so lovely and helpful,especially the lovely young lady in reception.The buffet breakfast was lovely with a lot of variety.The location was great being 2 minutes away from all the lacal attractions.Thanks to all the lovely staff for making our stay in beautiful Hanoi very special.

Whilst staying at the Bella Rosa hotel in Hanoi I had a medical issue. Max and other staff were fantastic in the way they helped me and arranged for transport to the local hospital. I can't praise them enough. The staff are a true asset to the Bella Rosa hotel. Thank-you guys. From Bart and Cynthia
