Although there isn’t a member of staff onsite — you can contact them by phone — this is a great place to stay. Quiet, safe and the kitchens have all you might want for a short stay.
Huge supermarket nearby that’s open til midnight 6 days a week and public transport links are convenient.
Only minor complaint is no left luggage facility but that’s hard to provide with no onsite staff.

Insgesamt kann man das Acora Heidelberg absolut empfehlen! Man muss nur wissen, was einen erwartet. Dieses Hotel ist sehr anonym, da es nur einen digitalen Check-In gibt. Ich bin in vier Tagen Aufenthalt nicht einmal mit irgendwelchem Personal in Kontakt gekommen. War aber auch nicht nötig, da digital alles bestens geklappt hat. Ich hatte die einfachste Zimmerkategorie. Die Einrichtung war hier definitiv um einiges liebloser, als auf den im Internet gezeigten Fotos. Aber es war ein rein zweckmäßiger Aufenthalt in Heidelberg und dafür ist das Hotel wirklich gut (preislich im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels auch deutlich günstiger). Zimmer und Bad waren sauber, dahin gehend alles bestens. Auch ist die Lage ganz ruhig, was angenehm ist. Man sollte beachten, dass man recht weit entfernt von der Altstadt und den Sehenswürdigkeiten ist. Ein Auto ist also definitiv zu empfehlen! Direkt die Straße runter gibt es einen riesigen Rewe (mit Bistro), dm und Aldi. Einkaufstechnisch ist man also bestens versorgt! Ich würde wiederkommen!
