服務：酒店前台服務非常熱情周到，住酒店過程中遇到的問題都能耐心地為我們提供解決方案。
地理位置：離衡陽站挺近的走路不到二十分鐘，在維也納酒店後面很好找，離公交站台也很近，交通方便。
環境：酒店內部整體環境挺好的，就是因為施工的原因有點小吵，不過不影響睡眠。
美食：這邊的魚粉也很好吃，在酒店對面有一家米粉，特別好吃。真的強烈推薦，性價比比較高，價格不貴，也比較實惠！
設施：房間內物品都齊全，還有自助的洗衣機和烘乾機。

這家酒店大家千萬不要被圖片裏高大上的效果圖所欺騙矇蔽了，其實就是火車站附近四五十一晚的招待所水平。
設施：上樓開始地上都是濕漉漉的水，拖把都沒有拖乾淨；房間陰暗有厚厚的黴味；
衞生：如圖，自行體會，木地板都拖不乾淨；
服務：【想對前台小妹説：既然你非常重視我的評價，就需要更加專業服務】攜程鑽石貴賓升房權益入住已得到確認，辦理入住時前台小妹告知無法升級因為當天滿房（OTA上還有一大堆空房以為別人**），因為過年，我很有禮貌地提出那我找客服申訴退回我的升級權益吧，這時小妹改口説可以升主要是她怕麻煩？？？（那你真的可以不給我升的，因為升到零壓大也是一樣差）
衡陽的第三產業並不發達，期待攜程商服加大對店家的培訓和溝通，共創良好的營商環境。

這次入住很滿意，整體很好，房間也很大，很乾凈，寬敞舒適，有免費的停車位，設施不錯，床和枕頭特別舒服，住得非常開心。服務態度也非常好。房間裏還有免費的礦泉水可以喝呢

挺不錯的附近也有很多地方可以去劉那個動作檔案季出現什麼的，方便環境也很不錯，衞生很好，心裏的話免費寄存非常方便，非常良心，下次有空的話還會往這邊過來很喜歡

可以房間的話大小挺合適的，空調效果的話開酒店還是也不錯的環境衞生都挺好的，趕車什麼地方面的離火車站很近，一房間的話有免費的水跟充電線可以可以，下次有空的話也來
