I like the quiet atmosphere of Anantara, from the lotus pond at the door to the lobby, courtyard, and room. The long corridor basically does not meet other people. There are only a few children in the pool playing in the water. There is only laughter and no noise. After entering the door, the waiter will take the luggage and guide to the lobby to sit and drink while waiting. Instead of going there, the luggage will be delivered directly to the room. What I want is a high-rise room without a lift. The highest floor is the third floor. The rooms are well made, the toiletries are good and the fruits are welcome. Breakfast is upstairs at the SPA. There are quite a lot of varieties, there should be some, the rice noodles are light and delicious. The hotel is built along the river. In the evening, walking along the river is very comfortable. It is a ten-minute walk to the ancient city. Grab can't be called here to Da Nang. The hotel waiter called for a regular taxi.

Excellent stay for two girls. Hotel was very clean and beautiful. Location was away from the bustling ancient town but it was easy to get a Grab. We also walked back from the old town at night. It was a quiet route most shops closed but we didn’t feel unsafe. I would say the route felt safe but do still be vigilant. The staff spoke good English and there was no difficulty at all trying to communicate. Service was excellent, staff offered to help us to pack breakfast after knowing that we were checking out earlier than breakfast time. When our driver was late, staff was also attentive to look out for our driver by the street and offered to help us call and speak to our driver - all without us asking for help! Breakfast buffet was good and the views from the outdoor seats were fantastic. Highly recommended for a stay if you’re in the area!

◎ Good points Bathroom ventilation is insanely good Hair dryer is powerful There are many lights in the room and it is bright Water server on the first floor is convenient × Bad points When you use the shower, you can take the edge of the bathtub The floor gets wet There is no door chain and I am worried about crime prevention, but I think it is reasonable to integrate the location, facilities, and prices. Room and pool cleaning, garden maintenance, etc. are well done and you can relax. Above all, the hospitality and warmth of the staff are outstanding, and as of May 2023, there are no Japanese-speaking staff, but I would like to recommend it to Japanese people! The service is excellent! Very tasty breakfast! The girl at the hotel is as sweet and sincere as possible! She created the mood and attitude towards the city in the very first minutes! For this we are very grateful! We were given fruit as a gift because we are on our honeymoon, the breakfast is very tasty, although modest) here you will feel like beloved guests. The only upsetting thing was the screaming women from the neighboring building, who started talking (screaming) very loudly from 7 in the morning!!!! Right under our window I also really liked the style of the rooms! And plumbing, shower, faucet, all in the same style)

The superior double room was spacious, clean and had good facilities, It is well located to walk to all parts of the old town, which are not too far and easy walking. Our first time in Hoi An and we didn’t know where to stay. I would strongly recommend staying here if you’re coming to Hoi An. Central location, 4 minute walk to all bars and restaurants but hidden around a quiet street so you don’t hear anything. The staff organised scooter rental with no problems and gave us information about the area, providing a map with local insights for where to go. Rooms are modern and clean with a spacious shower. The highest praise would be to the staff, they were amazing. Nothing was a problem.

Thuy, she was great, she will help guide if you don't have any plans, but I had a full itinerary already. She cooked for us for breakfast, i loved breakfast vs western complimentary breakfast -- this was a new taste I needed. I suggest you try it all, one every day. We stayed here for 1 week, room cleaning service is completed the second you walk out the building because we came back within 10-15 minutes .... and it was clean. crazy. 100% i'd recommend to everyone except for those whom are wheelchair bound, or needs some sort of assistance walking/climbing. No elevators and theres steep stairs. check google photos for pictures.

The air conditioning functioned well, and the bathroom had good hot water and cleanliness. We were treated to a picturesque view of the river. During our stay, Lien, our host, graciously shared insider tips on dining and navigating the local markets. Just a brief stroll from the homestay, we discovered a great street lined with stalls offering delicious traditional dishes—a culinary adventure we indulged in repeatedly. Additionally, the street is nice and quiet and the night market is conveniently close by, as is the main town to explore. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast spread was nothing short of amazing—fresh and made-to-order. We would happily stay again.

The staffs were fantastic !! They were one of the best hospitality staffs there. We killed some time in the hotel lobby for a taxi to the airport due to delaying our flight. One staff was very caring our flight and she treated us some hot tea and some snacks. It touched our heart. Of course, the room was comfortable, clean, enough towels… I highly recommended to stay this hotel!

This is a great family run business by hard working, kind people. Perfect location. The breakfast is great. The bed is great. The ac is great. The room and bathroom are good enough, great for the price. It’s an experience. If you want the Ritz or Four Seasons, I highly recommend you go elsewhere. If you want to see what Vietnam really is, this is great. My wife and I are in our 60s and we met old college friends here who we travel with for a week or two occasionally. When we were young, we did the backpacking thing around the world, but the older we get, the more we enjoy more comforts. This brought us back to our roots and it sure feels good. You first talk with one of the owners in their living room/dining room/kitchen with kids, families running around saying hi. Except for your room, you live in their house and they couldn’t be nicer. I asked if I could use the fridge to put beer in and the guy said I have all kinds of beer here. I asked how much are the beer and he said free, I like to share my beer. . I said no , you don’t understand, we drink a lot of beer. He said , well then, I’ll share a lot of beer. Drink as much as you want. Wow, how nice is that? I couldn’t and bought beer and wine, but the next day we were playing cards in their dining room and were drinking beer and he offered us amazing Courvoisier and expensive Japanese whiskey that had been given to him by executives of those companies who had stayed there. Unbelievable, the generosity and hospitality and kindness of the people here, and all over Vietnam so far, is what is making this trip so memorable. It’s only ~$30ish/night, so don’t expect fancy or resort living. That should be obvious. But, this homestay offers more than any resort ever could, if you allow it to.

[Location] It's located at the eastern end of the old town, making it very convenient to access the old town on foot. Some of the windows were double glazed so it wasn't noisy outside at night. 【service】 The staff at the front desk was very kind. He told me about recommended rice restaurants and banh mi stalls. When I took out Banh Mi for dinner, they not only let me eat it in the breakfast area in the lobby, but also served me some juice. When my phone wasn't working, she looked for recommended spas and made reservations for me. I didn't have any problems communicating with the staff who didn't speak English because I was able to communicate with them using an interpreter app on my smartphone. There was no elevator, but they helped me carry my suitcase. [Cleanliness] It was very clean, including the water area. [Facilities/Amenities] It's a cute room with stylish furniture. The room had two queen-sized beds that were extremely comfortable. There was an air conditioner and a ceiling fan so it was comfortable. Although I didn't use it, there was also a safe, refrigerator, slippers, loungewear, hats, umbrellas, bicycles, and a swimming pool. 【breakfast】 You can choose as much as you like from a menu of more than 10 dishes, including Western and Vietnamese dishes, and they will cook it for you on the spot. All were extremely delicious. The service was very good, and the location and interior design were good, so it was a hotel that I would want to stay at again. thank you very much! !
