I was very surprised. From the welcome ceremony upon entering the hotel to checking out: it was like enjoying the level of an emperor and an empress. When you stay in the hotel, you can enjoy it all in the hotel.

It was great , sable & tushar were great in helping & everything else . The hotel was great but there is is just 1 problem, we require anything to guide us (Pamplat ) throughout the property to know what else we can do / timing/ RULES / activities / programs

I will definitely go again. The food, the hospitality and the staff were all outstanding! We had an Uber personalised service from the house keeping staff Ravi and other staff in the buffet Rohit and Manoj ji were super attentive. Chef Pushpinder prepared special meals for us and his food was scrumptious to say the least. The guest experience manager Mr Vatsalya did more than justice to his title as he made our experience extra special by upgrading us and regularly checking in with us about our stay. He left no stone unturned in making our stay memorable. All in all it’s a one stop shop for the Indian hospitality, delectable food, willingness to elevate the guests’ experience.

Our stay at the Leela Palace was amazing. The property itself is very beautiful and the services are top notch, the staff were very welcoming and caring to all our needs. The gym and spa facilities were great and pool was beautiful, especially at night but what we liked the most was the breakfast 😋 it was delicious and they had everything you could ask for. Top score on hospitality! Special thanks to Tripti and staff for taking such good care of us during our stay and helping us out with the Jaipur sightseeing as well. We will surely visit again!

It was a great experience, really enjoyed the evening tea and pool time. Food was scrumptious. Hospitality was on point, during the check out process, we were a given a hand written note by Ms. Tripti, it was a great gesture and we truly appreciate it. We look forward for another staycation very soon.

We had gone for a day to celebrate my birthday .. and they made sure that it’s the most memorable one. Right from the food to the service and the amazing room’s everything was perfect. The staff is so very kind and extremely helpful. Definitely recommend the place for good luxury break.

The staff Nilotpol from sukh mahal has helped a lott by taking care of us nd of our kids so tht we can enjoy our food …😄😄😄😄😄😄 It is really a Gud place to enjoy with family 🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉we can have a quality time with family nd their are activities olso going on for kids 👏🏻👏🏻
