Traveled with my three teenage daughters but the hotel is absolutely worth it for any age. The pools were absolutely fantastic and all the staff are so friendly. Activities to do everyday that anyone could join in with. There are lots of activities for people of all ages, the waterpark was absolutely incredible and little splash park for younger children. Room was clean comfortable, and spacious. Food was lovely with a massive variety at breakfast lunch and dinner. Hotel definitely recommended. Weather was slightly windy but sunbathing spots by the pool were so perfect it didn't matter!

Excellent and professional service from all staff we met. Everyone was helpful and questions were answered with a smile. Our room had a lovely view over the pool area and was always cleaned(even without the clean sign). The choice of food in the buffet was excellent, catering for all tastes. The gardens of the hotel were pleasant to walk through and allowed easy access for anyone with mobility issues. A thoroughly enjoyable stay and one we would recommend.

I went with my 14 and 11 year old in May and we absolutely loved it! Great food lots of choice especially at breakfast, plenty of breads, fruit, yogurts, pastries, pancakes, smoothies, sausages, beans, grilled tomotoes, and freshly made fried eggs. Lunch: We didn't eat in the main restaurant for lunch as they had lots of food at the pool bar, hot dogs, chips, pasta, veggie lasagne, bread, hams, cheese, salad, panini/toastie making machine, kids loved the tubs of ice creams, slush puppy machine but this stopped working after our second day which disappointed the kids but didn't ruin the holiday. Dinner did get repetitive but plenty of choice stil, wasn't the most relaxing atmosphere in the restaurant but wouldn't stop me returning. Only downside, My daughter is vegetarian and there wasn't many alternatives for her which made it limiting what she could eat. They have two pools, one is heated and the other isn't. In the heated pool they do lots of fun activities and if you don't want to join in they are not pushy and you can still swim in the pool. There are plenty of sunbeds, never reserved at crazy times. kids loved the waterpark, there is a bit that has smaller slides, more for little kids and there are bigger slides for anyone. Nice little bar there, have to pay for lollies, ice creams such as magnums. Plenty of areas to go to in the evening, main entertainment room downstairs, a quieter more relaxed bar upstairs, outside had karaoke, pool tables and air hockey inside and outside and a small arcade. The cocktails included in the AI weren't that great, but only 4 euros to pay for freshly made ones. There is a little shop inside of the hotel by the front doors where you can buy souvenirs, snacks, floaties, bracelets and much more! Our room was very spacious, beds big and comfy. Really good view of pool and sea. Bathroom also very spacious. Cleaned every day and bottle water replaced when needed. We walked to the nearby beach a few times, it is a bit steep walking back, but really not as bad as some people say, obviously if you have mobility issues it isn't great. but taxis are easy to get We walked to morro jable beach, took around 45 minutes but was a lovely walk and all the beaches here are amazing. Got a taxi back cost 8 euros. I was worried about the transfer times, especially as we get travel sickness, however the Transfer took around 1 hour 30 mins and went extremely quick, we took anti sick pills and were fine! All went very smoothly.

Staff was amazing food was fab. Lovely hotel very clean. About 20 mins walk from shops but there is an on site shop. 2 beautiful pools and water park. Fab childrens facilities.

I had to transfer here during my holiday stay due to my son’s disability and closure of the kids pool/park in my original booking. My son was safe here and expressed clear enjoyment as did my two daughters. The splash pad was perfect and located away from the main pool area which is great if you have infants/toddlers or children with disabilities who need shallow water. One of the main pools has a shallow end which starts off ankle depth and gradually gets deeper, this is also great for young children. Families with different age children can use this area and remain together, enabling all to have fun and within view. Both my daughters enjoyed playing on their inflatables (the pools are huge so inflatables don’t restrict other swimmers). The shop in the main hotel sells them and the prices are no higher than those sold in local shops. The beach is down a steep hill but there are complimentary bus services a few times. We jumped in a taxi as these were cheap enough and worth paying for. The beach at the bottom of the hill does have a long walk to reach the sand and it’s not easy to get drinks without a long trek back (not ideal for pushchairs or wheelchair users). Take a short taxi ride to the old town and the beach there has seafront shops and restaurants and no long walks across sand to reach the water. Some nice restaurants and also public toilets and parks in the area. The old town beach is also better and safer swimming for children 👍 My girls particularly enjoyed going in with the mini disco, playing pool and playing in the arcade area (additional costs). We played golf once which was 3 euro per child. The aqua park was fantastic, again safety for my son was the min priority. He is a non swimmer and does not have awareness of dangers. He safely paddled in the pool and enjoyed watching the big bucket make giant splashes! My 8 year olds loved the larger slides at the top end. Idea park for 0-12 year olds which is small enough but had plenty to keep the occupied. You are able to see areas so you can keep an eye on your children if they are playing in different areas. There is also a drinks van which provides free drinks for those who have all inclusive and Ice lollies can also be purchased. The guest service lady was amazing and made sure we had everything, transferred smoothly and also got one of the lifeguards to provide first aid to my daughter who had grazed her knees and needed them cleaning and dressing. The hotel is clean, accessible for those with disabilities given initiate the top of the hill and there are excellent facilities. There is also a park for the children (could do with a little updating). The snack bars are great, we are all vegetarian and didn’t struggle with finding food or a table large enough to sit at in the restaurant. Slush puppy machines are free for all inclusive guests and soft drinks are branded and include zero sugar Fanta, Coke etc Safety was my key priority and the faculties were excellent for

Hotel very nice , ignore the negative reviews on TA. Food good, pools very nice, drinks ok. Lots going on to keep the kids and adults occupied. Animation team great, thanks Ruben and all the others. Enjoyed the darts and won the ping pong which made it all worthwhile. Thanks Occidental Jandia Mar.

Lovely family holiday, staff were very friendly, plenty of choice food & drink wise. Rooms clean & tidy, overall a perfect holiday for young families

We have just got back from a weeks family holiday, absolutely excellent. The beds are so comfortable, staff are friendly, rooms are lovely and clean and the food is lovely with lots of choice each day! It’s a great place if you don’t go out and about, the hill is a trek and there isn’t much around apart from a few shops and Burger King all of which are good. I would definitely stay here again however the pool area is a bit tatty in places and could do with bit of work but overall it’s a lovely place.
