Outstanding hotel, nice view with a bunch of kids activities. Rizky Front office staff gave us excellent service very friendly and helpful. Also Roslita restaurant staff in charge very understanding with our conditions (family with 3 kids). Definitely will return for next weekend

This hotel has great location and good lighting so that all pictures looks great. For 3 stars hotel, the room is spacious. However, they need to do regular maintenance especially for air conditioning. I switched room because air conditioning is not working. Some guests experience the same. Also, the key card should be maintained as well. Most of room key cards were reset a day after even though we were having 2 nights stay. Also, it would be better to have 2 key cards for each room. Breakfast menu is okay. Need more variations. Great omelette. Regarding ballroom 1, it is good for family party / wedding. The food are overall good. Hopefully by next visit, all those need improvements have been done/fixed.

Hotel was cosy and clean. Minor wear and tears in the bathroom as it's an old hotel. It has a mini zoo for kids. Swimming pool is rather small, can get quite packed over the weekends. Service was good, iron and hair dryer are avIlable upon request. Breakfast buffet consisted of mainly traditional Indonesian food. Good spread of choices.

What a great place to stay. The hotel is located nearby malls and street food location. When we arrived the welcoming was super. The professionalism of the employees behind the desk was suburb . The next contact we made was with Erwin, we were exploring the hotel and when he saw us he gives us a good impression what the hotel us could bring, sending us to the roof top bar to see the city. The next employee Deman, He is the bartender at the pool. Super friendly and helpful. He arranged our drinks and food and always with a smile. (Thanks for the green morning drinks) Thanks Demon and Erwin for your help. Last but not least I want to thank the Iswan. Every morning we met him with a big smile at the breakfast. He provided us with information about the city. So we could make a program for the day. Great support and many thanks for your help and sandwich and drink when we left by car. For all who will read this, when you visit Bandung please book you room in this hotel. I have been in so many hotels in whole Indonesia but this hotel is in my top three. As a non smoker, I don't get why there's still a chain hotel who provide smoking floor to their guests. And the floor are full carpets, so it accentuated the smell even more. It was bad. I went with a friend, he's also a smoker but he can't stand the room's smell. He asked to move and got a non-smoking room. But, the receptionist told me that they were running out, they offered to ozone the room, which unfortunately didn't help. Fortunately it was only one night, I won't be back for sure. Fortunately, the breakfast buffet was pretty good, shower experience was also good.

Value for money in strategic location. Near central attraction like Braga, Alun-alun and Asia Africa Museum. Free refill drink (hot & cold water) is a plus point. Definitely will come back to this hotel again.

Staying at Citradream Hotel Bandung is very pleasant and comfortable. Strategic location in Bandung city, very convenient to get around and many activities, close to the aorport and the station, many restaurants around, several malls and other tourist attractions. The staff is very polite and helpful, especialy thx to Mr. Gume as Manager and the receptionist (i forgt to ask her name). The wifi speed is very good, making it easier to do online work. Definitely i will stay here again if I go to Bandung. I have recommended this hotel to my friends and my family. The suite was very nice with comfortable furnishings, clean and the bed was comfortable too. 😉💖

The amenities are complete and its pretty clean, but the shower is kinda hard to control and need some time to heat up. The parking lot needs to be valet as it was small and pack up with lots of cars.
