It is a place I often go to recently on business trips. When I came in December, Chris Mastree was also made in the lobby. ㅎㅎㅎ The airport is close and the city center is so good. The front desk staff are so friendly and especially the female staff are very friendly ㅎㅎ A little I checked late, so please contact me in advance and check if the schedule has changed. The Grand Hyatt is a relatively large hotel in Jeju City. The overall experience of my stay this time was pretty good. The rooms are large, the floors are high, and the view is very good. I really want to take a dip in the hotel's outdoor hot spring pool, but we are too lazy to just take a look. There was a crowd in the hotel and there were not many people. The location is okay. There are several large supermarkets next to it. It is more than ten minutes away from Lotte Duty Free and Shilla. It is very convenient. Unfortunately, we only slept in the hotel when we left early and returned late [face covering]. There were no guests waiting to rest in the hotel lobby. As for seats, if you want to sit for a while after checking out before going to the airport, you can only go to the paid area and hotel lounge. If it is improved, the experience will be better.

Great location, comfortable stay and has a lot of parking space. Lots of shopping and eateries nearby and it’s also close to airport. The building and furniture are a little old showing signs of wear and tear but room was clean and well kept. Staff were not too friendly when asked for an earlier check in or for recommendations on places to eat nearby. When asked for a quiet room, they gave me a room right next to a massive construction site (see photo) which is an eyesore. So I asked for a change of rooms and staff accommodated. Generally in line with expectations of a Shilla Stay Hotel and will come back due to its location.

I really didn’t need to clean it, so I didn’t have to lock up the products I bought at the duty-free shop and pharmacy every day (there were four extra-large clean towels in the room, not bath towels) , so there is really no need to clean it every day). The Wi-Fi signal in the room is very strong and the speed is very fast. I tested the network disk and various APPs without any restrictions. Talking about the shortcomings, the sockets in the room are all Korean style. Although I brought an adapter, because the sockets are all suspended in the air, I need to put a drink bottle under the socket to support it to ensure that the adapter is placed stably. The sound insulation inside the room is not very good. You can clearly hear people taking a shower in the next room, and even the sound of tossing and turning in the bed next door in the dead of night. The biggest drawback is the toilet paper.
