Everything was perfect, it was a pleasure to be there and the hotel is designed perfectly and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The guest services was happy to help us with all our wishes and they sid it on the best side! There is plenty od thong to do in the hotel for both younger and older guests and the all inclusive package is very worthy

The hotel looks as good as it does in the pictures and the food is amazing. The issue is that the fine print of the all inclusive package states you can only make a reservation in each of the 3 a la carte restaurants once on your trip. If you are there for a week and you have 20 meals at the hotel that essentially means you will be eating 18 of them at the buffet. Even though the food does change daily at the buffet this does get very repetitive. The a la carte restaurants are very nice but they only serve beer and wine and no cocktails. The other things that mean I am giving this a 3 star review are the pools are not heated, even the kids pool. The water therefore is around 24 degrees which feels pretty cold even when the weather is in the 30 degree or higher range. Smaller children tended to start shivering after 20 mins in the pool. Other than this the hotel is very nice and the rooms are modern. I wish I would have known the details above before booking.

The staff are so overworked and I feel they are lacking more help! The hotel wasn’t even at full capacity and it was really struggling. The food in the restaurants are ok and my children loved the street hub foods. The only downfall with ordering quick foods is you’re not allowed to move from the tables which can be difficult at times for a quick meal! The entertainment during the day is lacking and things to do for the children also lack. The cleaners are again overworked there needs to be more. Not enough tables for entertainment inside and we ended up sitting on the floor! Sadly, we wouldn’t be coming back. But for our family holiday it was needed. The hotel in my eyes isn’t a 5* but the staff try their best to make it a 5*. The last thing to add- when arriving late we wasn’t greeted with a drink/ even informed of food. The warming welcome wasn’t very warming! Which I’d heard from previous guests they’d had this??

The resort itself is lovely. Nice facilities. Food is nice. The a la carte restaurants are great and a nice change from the buffet. The water park is fantastic. The entertainment again brilliant. However the negatives outweigh the positives. Considering how expensive the junior pool suites are they are tiny. In no way is this a suite. There were 4 of us to a room. Baby bed and a toddler and it was cramped. The service is shocking. To be fair a few staff members were lovely but in all absolutely shocking. The cleaning team were rubbish. Half the time our bins weren’t emptied. Beds half made. Restaurant staff just rude and dismissive and when you have young children trying to organise lunch is hard enough without the added issue of the restaurant. Don’t get me started on the life guards. Basically there is no point them being there. The guy at the water park sat on his phone majority of the time. The street food hub was the worst part of our day. If we missed the buffet for whatever reason. It’s split into two and you can’t cross over no matter what. Even when half the restaurant is empty and the other is full and they are extremely rude about the way they advise this. Also the big big issue I had was bed guards. I asked every single day and I kept getting told they are coming. They could have just said we have run out. But no. So every day we had to barricade the toddler bed with pillows mattress etc. He even fell out the bed one day. Considering this is a children focused hotel. I would say the opposite. All in all I wouldn’t come back. I would recommend elsewhere. I wouldn’t spend the money unless you get a cheap deal

We went on a company holiday, about 300 people, we stayed at your wonderful hotel. The service was exceptional, we received personal attention from the management team and all the hotel employees we met. Maids, waiters, field staff, guides, reception staff and more. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and tastefully decorated. The food is delicious, and there is so much of it... The hotel staff was at our service for every request of each member of the group. I would like to thank everyone for the excellent experience, and for the perfect vacation. I'm sure we'll be back with the whole family.

What a stunning hotel, the grounds and the aesthetic are absolutely 100% on point, but it feels a little more style over substance.  The buffet is average to say the least, the choices are vast but nothing ever really stands out as being great. Breakfast is quite often poor with large queues if you arrive around 9:45/10am. We haven't been for lunch as the snack bar and beach bar have far better offerings, gyros has been a near daily meal. The evening buffet is just as average as breakfast and we would highly recommend booking the a la carte restaurants for some decent evening meals. We have read complaints about not being able to book these but we've used the app and had no issues.  Drinks are free flowing throughout the hotel and it's grounds with several places to go. The lobby bar can get crowded of an evening when there is 'entertainment' on, so we've found ourselves down at the beach bar which is open until midnight and with a far more relaxing vibe. Our biggest criticism is that you can't get a decent frozen drink, eg pina colada or daiquiri as the bars don't have blenders to make them properly, we resorted to drinking the kids slushies with rum!  Hotel 'entertainment' is also a bit lacking. We've heard some dreadful Tina Turner and the Lion King, but it's been nothing to write home about. A personal highlight has been the Cellist playing in the lobby throughout the day, very calming, the guitarist also pumped out a few tunes which we enjoyed. There appear to be various bits of forced fun around the main pool area throughout the day which cheapens the 5* aspects of the hotel.  We booked a deluxe swim up room and what a great decision it turned out to be. The room is huge with a sofa area, coffee making facilities and a well stocked mini bar of soft drinks (well stocked if they decide to clean your room and re fill it!) The bathroom is a bit small but the rainfall shower is great and 2 person sink is sizeable, but doesn't drain very well at all. The swim up pool has been the absolute highlight of our trip, pay the extra, it's so worth it but make sure you get one facing the mountains as the swim up suites facing the beach are mostly shaded come lunch time! We would find ourselves on the sun loungers by our pool until 7pm some nights as it was still bright and hot. The rooms could do with some usb charging points, plenty of spare plug sockets however.  The staff are pleasant enough but overworked, you can see they are struggling to keep up with the hotels demands. You can wait a while to be served drinks in the main bar and the wait staff at all bars and restaurants struggle to get back round to take any further drinks orders. The team on reception have been helpful whenever we have needed something, they can book you a taxi straight away and it will be outside within a few minutes.  If you don't like kids then this isn't the place for you. Corridors, lobby, pool, beach and restaurants, kids, screaming all day and all night. We wish we

This was the first time since me, my wife and our 3 year old girl were at an all inclusive resort, so there were no expectations. Arriving late at night did not give anything away, but the morning after was an amazing. The main pool is huge, there are enough sunbeds for all. The kids pool is near by, surrounded by sun beds as well, so one can take care of the little one and the other - relax. One thing to note, even though there are signs that you can't reserve sun beds, the closest one to the pool or the bean bags are somehow already taken by 9 AM, even though everybody is having breakfast. Breakfast, lunch and dinner at the main restaurant can satisfy anybody's needs and the fact that there are a few restaurants to book depending on your stay duration, the highlight is Laerma (below the main restaurant). Out of all tasted, the staff, food and vibes were the best (shout out to Elizabeth!) Other then the food, there are two cinemas, depending of the child age, which are showing from 5 PM, which was a nice surprise to find it in a hotel. The amphitheater starts from 8:30 PM with a kids disco and themed shows after (the bar with popcorn and drinks is basically on site). The lobby area has live shows and is in full swing in the evening, with inside and outside seating. Rooms are spacious, we had the junior suite with the pool view. The size is good, amenities are good. Just try to avoid a room with a connecting door. Hotel location is superb, 20 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Rhodes city centre. We would come back again to be honest.

If you are a family looking for a relaxing break do not come here. We are still at this hotel and all the holidays I have ever been I have never reviewed or felt the need to. Especially whilst still on the holiday. It’s a hotel that looks beautiful and the decor is lovely. But that’s as far as it goes, the hotel are difficult , rude and won’t let you in restaurants that are empty. They have so many rules it means you can’t eat unless you want a very basic buffet at all times, they have nice looking restaurants but a booking system that means they only seat a few tables at best. Don’t bother and the customer service is slow and rude. They have no irons and no baths. Giannis and Kledi were both unhelpful at the Italian restaurant and called a supervisor who didn’t help. They also have many staff that have agreed the rules are silly and they can do it they just aren’t allowed. I’ve never been so upset on a family holiday. It’s the opposite of relaxation.

Truly a paradise for families! Really beautiful resort. Lots of spaces for all kinds of age groups and interests. Entertainment for everyone. Amazing food and really friendly staff. Seems like they have figured it all out till the very last detail. I definitely want to go back again! ♥️
