The hotel is absolutely amazing! It's calm, very clean and the staff is super friendly. Aisha was incredibly nice to us, very friendly and fulfilled every wish! Her English is perfect btw! Also Isuru (I hope I spelled the name right) was absolutely friendly and helpful! The infinity pool has the most amazing view! I highly recommend the hotel!

This hotel is an absolute hidden treasure. There is nothing to complain about. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location and the view from the pool was amazing. The food as well as the staff were outstanding, especially the service of Mahela & Imalka were outstanding.

Excellent staff and good food. Its one of the best place to go with your family and relax 10/10 rated. Huge parking place with infinity pool clean and sheets. Surrounded by mountains and best climate for a beer

We went on a day outing. It’s an amazing experience and a wonderful time spent. The hotel is located in a beautiful tea estate with splendid scenery. The infinity pool is good, food is excellent and the staff is very friendly. You can relax and enjoy the place. Kids can cycle and also walk around the estate. Mr. Nalaka, the Manager was very helpful.

Visited the property for lunch with a friend in December last year. When we called and then at the hotel Amal from the Front Office helped and guided us in a very friendly manner. Very professional and courteous. The staff at the restaurant also very helpful. Our food was lovely and tasty. Property has a very nice scenery, specially from the pool area. Loved the place and would be going back for sure.

This is not a place for dining. There’s no food variety, it’s tasteless and the portions are damn small. Surprisingly they don’t even have a breakfast buffay. And for full board they only give you two small water bottles, if you want water they charge extra for that. The swimming pool was so dirty, there were some people who came on a dayout. No one is there to clean the mess they made in the pool area. Apart from these the hotel has nice surroundings but unfortunately that’s all you get for the huge amount you pay.

We had a great time at this property. We were offered a day-out package including a welcome drink, lunch, pool use, cycling, and evening tea/snack for a reasonable price. The Hotel Manager Nalaka and also Amal, Ajith were very supportive and helpful in organizing this day out for us and very professional. Also, the other staff was very attentive and friendly. Would recommend it to anyone without any hesitation. Great place, Great Food, Great View. Nothing to fault. Thank you, team Simpson’s Forest,!!

A great place up in the mountains Rooms are basic but functional The views from the hotel are fantastic The infinity oool area is a must Food - first night we had buffers- excellent Quslity food 2nd night was a La carte - amazing choice and very good quality Went on nature walk with Isuru - very knowledgeable chap and great nature trail Also, had cooking lesson followed by lunch - well thought out and a vet good experience Overall, a fantastic place to stay - only down side is need a car to get here as quite isolated

Love the charm of this hotel. Does not give you the routine chain hotel vibe at all.Great location. We really loved the character of the hotel. The restaurant was fantastic and staff was friendly and helpful. It was even better than expected. The price was amazing.
