There are really no words that can express and describe our feelings. To put it in one word, it is dreamy. Every detail shows the wisdom and ingenuity of the hotel management team!
There are fewer breakfast categories, the room is Unicom room, really need an extra bed, it will be a bit crowded; our big bed is not crowded. There are swimming pools and Jacuzzi, and there are very few people. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to the square to see, drive about 20 minutes or so, and get off at regular intervals. There is free parking, you ask the front desk, the front desk said that there is a fee, but I did not check the account later.

This time the departmental group went to Dujiangyan, and then chose this newly opened Hampton by Hilton hotel. The location of the hotel is very good. Chengdu has been driving for over an hour. The location is in Dujiangyan City. It is close to some must-see attractions, such as Nanqiao and Yulei Mountain Park. There are also a lot of food nearby, hot pot restaurants, barbecue.
The room was unexpectedly comfortable and warm. The check-in efficiency at the front desk is also good, and there are three breakfast options to be delivered to the room during yq, which is very intimate.
The price / performance ratio is also very high. I will still choose this place when I bring my family over next time ~
This hotel is my favorite hotel in Florida. The hotel is not big, but the location is super good, just beside the sunset square. I was lucky enough to live in the best location of this hotel. The balcony is just outside the swimming pool and the Pacific Ocean. Invincible, I feel like I lived in the best location of the whole island. The room number is 316. If I can go to live, I can call to book this room. I will see the sun-filled bed and balcony in the afternoon. This feeling is so good, I regret that the itinerary arranged on this island is short.

The environment is good, the service is warm, the facilities are very good for vacation and leisure. Breakfast is very good and there are more varieties. Although the room is four people, it is not crowded at all, the bath is also very convenient, the hot water is very adequate, in short, the experience is good.

The hotel was beautiful, clean and accommodating. Roman at the front desk is a wonderful resource for everything (directions, restaurants, etc). He went out of his way to accommodate our dietary needs for our breakfast. The location was perfect as it was a few blocks from the Key West Express. The pool was warm and there are plenty of places to relax.

GGuest UserWe loved this little romantic place so much! It was perfect! Next to Eton bikes (ask for discount 😜) close to Duval street and only 300 m to key west express. The staff was absolutely friendly and attentiv. Our room was nice and provided everything we needed. Fridge, coffeemachine, hairdryer…. Nothing more to say but ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC 🥰

SSunny Cintron 21This was an awesome experience. Hotel was nice and quaint. Only thing I didn't like was we didn't have anyplace to hang our clothes up or put things away. Near Duval street and downtown. Pool area was well kept. Staff was very friendly. If I stay for longer than one night I will definitely look into a bigger room. Close to beaches, shops, dining. I would stay again for the price it was worth while.

GGuest UserThe room has a very beautiful color scheme. The sea is just across the road from the window. The view is beautiful and not noisy at night. There is a small living room (with a sofa bed) and a kitchen. The kitchenware is complete and very practical. There is a free parking space and it is also close to the supermarket. It only costs a dozen dollars to take a taxi to popular attractions (such as Hemingway's former residence). The only problem is that the quilt at night is very thin, similar to a blanket, and it is a bit cold. You need to ask the hotel for an extra quilt. But overall, I am very satisfied and I will probably come again next time.
JJIETAOThe hotels in the United States are all beautifully built and the pools are large. Very comfortable, the child played for a long time. The interior of the room is indeed incomparable with domestic ones. Parking is free. The beds are one meter five. Sleeping with children is not wide enough.
GGuest UserIt’s too far out from the main area although there’s a shuttle into town. All our clothes smelt damp after just 4 days of being there. The room felt very damp the bed especially. Pool is ok but I’m sure you’d struggle to get a sun bed in high season. The beach is nice across the street but the sunbeds are rentable from a company $$$
GGuest UserLa concha is a beautiful & historic hotel in the heart of beautiful Key West. The location is unbeatable & the balcony rooms, while smaller than other standard rooms, offers excellent people watching & beautiful blue sky views. A parking space is included, which is great to have right on Duval & Fleming Streets. The staff was mostly very friendly, but the service level varied. At one point in our stay, the front desk went out of their way to make us a key card to use the microwave located in the conference room. When I asked to use it the next day, another staff member says there wasn't one in the building. I went & took a photo through the window to show him. He then said he could not grant me access as the desk had previously done. No biggie but a little frustrating.
Our main issue with the hotel was HIDDEN FEES. Upon arrival, we were told we would be charged a fee of over $80 per room as a ”destination fee,” which was never explicitly disclosed & was certainly not fairly advertised. I asked about waiving this fee & the night desk said it was possible to check & see with day manager. The next day, they insisted the fee could not be waived & were unwilling to help with it further. I let them know I booked through a 3rd party prepaid, it said fees & taxes were included. They said read the fine print. They charged my card for the fees. Not being forthcoming and clear about the destination fee was the issue I had. And having parts of the hotel amenities, including outdoor areas, being closed off during the stay make this resort/destination fee more of a slap in the face. To highlight this point, the staff at this ”destination” hotel warned us that if we see some stuff a little run down or not in operation, its because the hotel just got bought & things wouldn't get straightened out until the new company takes over.
Also minor issues for such a pricey hotel included missing slats on the inner balcony door & similar minor cosmetic issues.
Other than that it is a beautiful building & top-notch location. Overall the experience was very enjoyable.
P.S. The awesome bar tender makes delicious key lime martinis!
GGuest UserBeen to Key West many times. (we live in Fort Lauderdale, so it's a nice getaway that is a short drive) Our preference is to stay at guest houses on the east end of the island, rather than staying in the busier east end. We rent bikes on arrival and keep the car parked. Parking is a problem with this property. They have what appeared to be 6 spots at $25/night, and 20 spots at a lot nearby at $20/night. None of which were available. Options were to park at meters at $5/HOUR, or to find rare non metered street parking. Since we frequent the area often,we knew where to street park w/o meters, just 2 blocks away.
The room was clean and simple, no maid service, you had to go to the desk and ask for towels, soap etc. Comfortable bed and a fridge in the room. Only drawback was the constant drone of window unit A/C that barely kept the room cool.
When I booked the room the confirmation email said that upon arrival we would be charged $74.97. What we were actually charged was $118.09. Even showing the confirmation email to the desk attendant made no matter.
The included continental breakfast was sufficient, juices, coffee, waffle maker, bagels, fruit, cereals. The dining area was clean, well maintained and central A/C. Also included is a happy hour from 5-7 in the lobby with wine and individually wrapped snacks.
Over all 4 stars, had parking been free and they honored the price we were expecting to pay on arrival, they'd get 5 stars. But hey, it's Key West, they march to a different drum.
VVladimirNice place. Great location. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Parking is NOT included. I'm a bit annoyed about that because I didn't find anything about that when reserving the room. I even called and left a message on the concierge line asking about parking but never got a callback.
CClaudiaThere were an issue with the system but the the staff improved and resolve very fast. Very clean place, comfortable, quiet and Great location.
I will definitely go back again
JJINGYIThe bathroom is small, the decoration style is simple, a bit old, but the price is outside the hammock and the beach, make up these places, the children like it, I also like to lie on the hammock to listen to the sea breeze. Breakfast is general, fruit and milk are available, ok.
