"We booked the family room. Room is big, clean and quiet. Even our room is nearby elevator, and the hotel is by the road side, we didn’t hear any noise/sound. Comfy bed. Walking distance to susukino area. They only have 13 parking slots for guests, website written first come first serve, free for guests. However there was one night we saw one free slot but one japanese lady stand there waiting her daughter for about 30 minutes and said they paid for the parking, we can’t park. We stop there as there was no space at the nearest parking. We checked with front desk, the staff on duty (a lady, can’t speak English) communicated with them in Japanese and then told us we can’t park there. We had to get a paid parking nearby and tried to communicate with the front desk again. She said hotel manager will reply us in email about this case. The manager emailed the next morning informed they will put a cone whenever there is a free slot the next day, they will reserve a slot for us. The next day morning as there were many slots so we just park our car there. But we didn’t see any reserved parking with cone. The hotel and room is good. Just need to improve the front desk service. We stayed 4d3n."

"The location is good, next to those malls and the Tanukikoji, so there are lots of food options nearby. Since we drive, here have its own car park (need to pay), it is quite friendly to those driving, and the carpark staff is very helpful. The reception staff are very friendly, always answer our enquiries and provide us with recommendations for visiting. Buffet Breakfast here is good, but hope there will be more variety of food."

"The hotel is excellently located right next to Odori Park, approximately 500 meters from both the subway station and the airport bus stop. This makes it quite convenient for exploring nearby attractions, especially since Sapporo is a compact city where most places are within walking distance. However, the hotel's facilities are a bit dated. The air conditioning, in particular, was quite noisy; it would start rumbling loudly if we turned the temperature down even slightly. At one point in the middle of the night, we actually thought construction had started downstairs. A nice touch is that every afternoon, the cafe next to the lobby offers complimentary coffee and light snacks, providing a pleasant spot for a short break."

"It's not that far from Susukino. I think the building was built not too long ago. The room is small, but it has everything you need. There's a washing machine and cooking utensils. Since the accommodation is a house, it gets cold as soon as you turn off the heater, so it was very, very dry because the heating was on all the time. The trash can and recycling bin were not emptied.. Even the scissors were covered in seasoning."

"Location - close to Nakajima Koen Sta. just 3 mins walk , 711 is just around the corner, Lawson is abt a min walk and there is Seicomart near . Easy check in and check.out, staff are nice and friendly. The room is clean with things you will need from cooking, washing, cleaning. Has a lovely bathroom with tub and separate water closet.You have enough space for your luggage and can set up another futon. We had a lovely stay and will definitely stay here again next time."

"The location is very good, very close to the city iron and the road shopping street. When I first checked in, I found that the toilet (urine stains) and kitchen (oil scale) cleaning need to be strengthened, and there is a lot of dust in the room. In addition, there is still a score of 85 points or more, and I will stay again next time if I have the opportunity. (It would be better if you could add a washing dryer)"

"The bed for our is perfect from family with little kids, the upper bunk is little low so may not suit adult, when you sleep in the upper bunk you can hear people walking upstairs as you are so close to the roof. There is no coin operated laundry, and the closed laundromat is 10mins walk away, but the staff is very nice and can communicate in English ,"

Very clean and warm, the living room in the public area is large The suitcase is open 3-4 no problem! There is free parking space Very comfortable to live! Would recommend to friends to travel to Hokkaido"

"The hotel is clean and comfortable, with a great location, a 10-minute walk from the city center. The hotel manager and staff are incredibly friendly and provide first-class Japanese service. The breakfast selection isn't extensive, but it's well-chosen, and the main courses are cooked to order. Finally, I'd like to thank Moriyama-san for helping me with reservations and restaurant recommendations over the past two weeks."
