"The staffs were very friendly, the location I picked this hotel was very near to the National Stadium Bukit Jalil for my Bruno Mars concert, although its 20mins plus by walking distance but I still prefer to get Grab car much easier and faster to get there
Overall the hotel was comfortable to stay in for 3days 2nights for concert, room was okay the only thing is the TV is there but it's not working 🤣, water dispenser need to go to the receptionist counter to fill in and there is no chair for the dressing table 🤣
But yeah overall the service, friendly of staffs very satisfied, just that hope they will do some fixing about the TV, water dispenser and please have the stainless steel body judge kettle in each room, love to visit the hotel again for my next trip 🥰🥰🥰😘🤭🤭🤭🤭"
"The decor and amenities within V Hotel are aged. Eateries within walking distance are limited to Malay food and the mamak place downstairs. Access to TBS requires a 15min walk thru KK Mart headquarters, an overhead bridge and then a stretch to the Shell station opposite."
"I recently had a stay at KIP Hotel, and it was a basic but comfortable experience. The hotel offers straightforward accommodations, ideal for travelers looking for affordability without compromising on cleanliness and comfort.
The room was simple but clean, with all the essentials like a comfortable bed, good air conditioning, and a decently-sized bathroom. Though the decor was minimal, it was enough for a short, restful stay. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable, which was a plus.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any requests. The hotel also has a nice rooftop pool, which provided a pleasant way to unwind after a day out.
Overall, KIP Hotel is a good choice for those seeking a no-frills, budget-friendly stay. It’s a practical and comfortable option for a quick stopover or a short trip."

"This place is a great getaway for couples. They don't allow kids under 12, and in fact, maximum 2 people per room. The facilities include in-room jacuzzi (not sure if all rooms have this, but ours did!), very nice and natural swimming pool and gardens. They have a spa where we enjoyed a wonderful massage, a bit pricey, but well worth it. The restaurant and staff are incredibly nice and efficient, food was great. The room was very clean, and lots of amenities (tea, coffee, minibar, toiletries, lots of towels, etcetera). The overall facilities are well kept and clean, but some might think just a bit run down: there is a lot of wood, which is hard to maintain in good condition, but it was not a huge issue for us. As for the location, if you are going to KL to shop, this may not be the place for you: it is just a bit off the beaten track. However, there is an LRT station (Ampang Park) about a 15-minute walk or 5-minute drive from the hotel. But close to the hotel, there is not much in the way of shops or restaurants. For our 3-day getaway, it was perfect, and we would certainly do it again."
"Everything was just simply perfect. Room was huge and spacious. Filled with impressive features as well. View was great. Bath tub was just amazing. One minor inconvenience I faced was a staff at the rooftop bar rudely stopped us from trying to quickly explore the rooftop bar, cynically enquiring if we are even guest at the establishment. Otherwise all the other staffs were just immaculate from the check in all the way to housekeeping. Breakfast staff at horizon grill was also really attentive with a smile always on. Genuinely no other complaints apart from that one rude staff. Would definitely come back again maybe for slightly longer this time."
"check in staff and guard is so rude and not friendly even not same as professional
room is just so so, in this price can have 4 star hotel
room provided i think one the bad room in this hotel, such a not nice , never visit again for sure, no respect for guest by staff."
"great location, good price, has gym and upstair common room has big tv with netflix.
.
The service its outstanding from all the staffs.
location just a cross from NU sentral Plaza which has many transportation options like train, metro, tram n bus plus on the same groundfloor .
Recommend to exchange ur money on the ground floor exchange place in the NU sentral, rate is one of the better value.
Thai RM 3.50 _perdish was ,our fav spot in that plaza
U can also apply upstairs for touch n go card which a must for KL public transport.

"Excellent stay ! The location and the room went above our expectations! We stayed for 4 nights, it has everything we need, we like particularly the kitchen where we eat and plan our trip together, the living room has a beautiful view, full glass panel from ceiling to floor, facing KL Tower. The breakfast room on the 48th & 49th has one of the best views of Merdeka 118 & KL Tower. The bed is nice, daily housekeeping, towels are thick and clean. We recommend to friends."
"Great breakfast, staff, design, a pool and soft mattress on the bed, thanks!
But! The ventilation in the room does not turn off (air conditioning - yes, ventilation - no) and in the room you will be unbearably cold if you are sick. I caught a cold and the cold in the room only made me feel worse for a couple of evenings.
There were not enough sun loungers by the pool and those who constantly wanted to lie by the pool did not have enough space under the sun.
Sometimes staff should clean not only the open spaces, but also behind the cabinets;)"
"The hotel is awesome. Me and my son loved every minute spent there. We enjoyed :
- the evening show at the garden that we watched through the window, no crowds, you can see the whole scenery of the fountains
-the fragrance at the hotel everywhere, it smelled so good
- the breakfast, we tried all kinds of exotic fruits that we’ve never seen before
- the staff is very friendly
- the thoughtful details like greeting from the hotel
- and of course the 2 minutes walk to the Twin Towers"

Great
FFamily RA hotel with exquisite and opulent décor and designs, as well as incredibly cosy accommodations and first-rate standards. Additionally, the welcoming staff all delivered excellent service. If I may, though, I must say that the breakfast buffet's limited and underwhelming selection of food caught me a little off guard. Fruit juices and nasi lemak's seafood sambal, on the other hand, were excellent! Also, in order for hotel guests to make the most of the gym, I sincerely hope that the hotel will be able to install more machines and equipments.
SStanley.TArriving at the hotel, there were 2 lines queuing to check-in. I had 4 guests in front of me. It took almost 35 minutes to reach my turn. To my dismay, one of my room bookings couldn't be found. The receptionist took another 15 minutes to finally retrieve my bookings.
Upon entering the room, I was shocked to find that both the rooms weren't the same as my bookings. Another receptionist attended me, checked my bookings, and finally agreed to change my rooms to the ones I booked. The whole check-in process was unnecessary difficult. As a 5-star hotel, I find this unacceptable. Attached are the photos of the ”wrong” room that I was given initially.
Shower room was clogged and flooded after 1 minute of bathing. However, the housekeeper was quick to help resolve the issue.
Location is great just next to Lot10.
IIrdina HannanThe entire Kuala Lumpur city can be viewed beautifully from the window at night. If you’re looking for a short vacation in the city, I would recommend this hotel. However, the service from the staff at the counter was very bad. I was asked to leave although I have paid for 2 nights. And the staff had the audacity to chase me away like I’m sort of a beggar. I was very disappointed with how bad the staff treated me. Poor management and poor customer service from the customer care line. Moreover, the lift was broken for almost an hour that caused some changes in my planned. It is as if the building was not completed well. All in all, it was only good for its view and amenities that allows you to use several public transports.

MMJ BuBuTropicana The Residences offers a convenient stay in Kuala Lumpur, especially for those who want to be near Suria KLCC. The location is strategic, with just a 25-minute walk to Pavilion Bukit Jalil. Service is good, with a dedicated customer service number for requests like mineral water, and a RM200 deposit is required upon check-in. While the cleanliness is acceptable, the biggest downside is that the swimming pool is currently under repair. On the bright side, a free washing machine is available for guests, adding extra convenience to the stay.

KkeshpapzThe staff at the Hotel were fantastic. Great attitude. Helpful and always available. The bed was super comfy.
The Pricing Complaint
Whether you run a one-star motel or a luxury resort, you have likely heard it before: “RIP OFF!!!” Hotels are expensive, and when we dump inventory at bargain rates we attract travelers unaccustomed to Rm15.90 parking fees for per day. Even tough we stayed for 3days still need paid Rm15.90 for per day.
NNUR AWATIF FAKHIRAWhat did we enjoy?
Fasilities are in a good condition. Room will full of mirrors which made the room appear to be big, the sliding mirror door which is nice… Breakfast is fine, Swimming pool not so big but just okay. Nearby out meeting place, just need to take elevator. PARKING is FREE for 2 days. The staff is great too. So for me its worth every penny paid. Kudos to VKL team!
Whats not so enjoyable?
The vivahome shopping mall beside hotel is hidup segan mati tak mahu (nothing is there). We took grab to Sunway Velocity Mall which have more choices and just 5 mins away.
AALIF NAQIUDDINWe had a wonderful stay at Cubin Botanical Homestay! The place is super clean, modern, and very family-friendly. Our kids especially loved the pool and the spacious rooms with great city views. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made meal prep easy, and having a convenience store downstairs was super handy. The location is also great—close to shops, restaurants, and major attractions. The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend for families looking for comfort, convenience, and a peaceful environment. Would definitely stay here again!

AAiren JamilEven its not so new building but the room is nice n comfy. Just need a bit cleanliness under the bed. The hotel near to mini mall.. they should provide lift from the parking because the stair case a bit small.
NNature Lover68One of my favourite hotels in Petaling Street, KL. Good location with low price especially last minute booking. The Surrounding have plenty of food places, easily accessible by walking or public transportation to tourist attractions.
The accommodation was tidy, comfy and cleanliness acceptable. Toothbrush, shower gel, kettle, drinking water and water dispenser were provided. Highly recommend!
