Old budget hotel.. location is not good, a bit far from waterfront. Drinking water and coffee are not provided. Toilet no bidet, shower room too small. Not so many many restaurants, far from hotel. However got cafe beside hotel open in the morning, ice kacang restaurant next to hotel open afternoon and a restaurant in front of hotel open during night time. Convienence store next to building of hotel.

Pilihan sesuai untuk penginapan bajet dan harga bilik yang berpatutan. Kawasan hotel yang strategik berdekatan dengan pusat bandar/ tempat makan/ Shopping Mall. Keadaan bilik agak suram dan perabot yang lama. Keadaan lantai berdebu@ berpasir serta bilik air yang agak lama@suram dan lantai kurang bersih. Keseluruhan penginapan berada pada tahap memuaskan.
