"The Little Village is a peaceful oasis in an already beautiful and calm village. There are many activities you can do around such as wetland tour, hike the Santuborg mountain or go to a nearby Damai beach. "
"Nice resort by the beach. We stayed here for 1 night after a long journey from KL. Nice breakfast and the mee kolok was so tasty. You should try it. This resort doesn’t have lift so it was difficult for a wheelchaired person to stay other than ground floor. The room was so spacious and we loved it. Thank you to the staff that really helped us during check in. I would like to thanks also to the manager on duty on that day for his kindness to help my mom pushing her wheelchair to the lobby. The location is just nearby to Sarawak Budaya Village. Nice staying here and I would repeat it if I come back to Sarawak."
"My recent stay at the Pullman Hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is pretty decent, though it’s clear that it has been in operation for many years. Some parts of the room showed signs of wear and tear. That said, the room was comfortable and functional, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
What truly stood out during my visit was the exceptional service from the staff. They were incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond to accommodate my requests.
It’s worth noting that the hotel is currently undergoing maintenance, so future visitors should expect some noise during the daytime (8 AM–5 PM). While this was slightly noticeable, it didn’t significantly disrupt my stay, as the work was confined to reasonable hours.
Overall, I am happy with my time at the Pullman Hotel. The combination of comfortable accommodations, outstanding service, and the promise of upcoming renovations leaves me optimistic about the hotel’s future. I have no doubt that once the renovations are complete, the Pullman will shine even brighter and continue to provide an excellent experience for its guests. I would gladly return and recommend it to others looking for a reliable and welcoming stay.
Keep up the great work, Pullman team—your dedication to improvement and guest satisfaction is truly commendable!"

"The location is very close to Kuching International Airport. The only downside is that the exhaust fan of the 24-hour coffee shop downstairs is a bit noisy, which makes it difficult to sleep."

"Good location and great service 👍
The rooms are very clean and tidy. Good price and good quality service 👌. Gym and swimming pool very easy to access. Around 10 minutes drive 🚗 with Grabs. Wana try local food?? just cross the road, plenty place for food and beverage ☕️. Plenty choices, variety and cheap! Overall..5 stars 🌟 🤩 ✨️ for location, price and service. Well done!"
"Value for money and Easy access to the city centre and advisable to rent a car instead of using Grab or Maxim… If you are able to walk, then the hotel is a better choice for you… Near to 7E and restaurant… Recommended for backpack and friends !!"
"The room is big and bed is comfortable but it is very old and there’s even visible water damage on the wall. Toilet bowl kept leaking water inside the bowl and I even spotted a cockroach near the beverage tray of my room which is why I rate it 2 for cleanliness. It’s a pity that the management did not pay attention to maintenance of the hotel rooms as the location of the hotel is very centralised."

Amazing
GGuest UserThis is probably my 5th or 6th time staying at The Waterfront Hoteland for good reason! It remains my favourite hotel in the city. The view from the room is simply magnificent, whether day or night, and always takes my breath away.
I absolutely love the pool area it’s such a relaxing spot to unwind, especially with the scenic backdrop. Another major plus is the hotel’s direct connection to the mall, which makes shopping and dining super convenient without having to leave the building.
The room is well-equipped with complete toiletries, which I really appreciate. Everything is kept clean and comfortable, making each stay feel like a mini escape.
One small downside: the toilet floor tends to be quite slippery. Although a small toilet mat is provided, it doesn’t quite cover enough area to prevent slipping, so that’s something to be cautious about.

Great
HHow ClaudiusFantastic location. U can get to waterfront, old streets on foot. Loads of good food options.
Friendly staffs from the moment u got out of your ride. The front desk, house keeping, everyone greets guests with a smile always.
CCik MinahI recently stayed at Theatre Hotel, and it was a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is nice and new, and I was impressed by the modern touch – they no longer use access cards, instead, you use a code to enter your room, which is a fresh and convenient approach.
The room was clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax. However, the breakfast could use some improvement. It would be great if they had an egg live station to offer more variety and freshly prepared options. Also, I would suggest expanding the bread selection for a wider range of choices.
Overall, it’s a great place to stay with potential for a more enjoyable breakfast experience!
AALLANRoxy is a functional hotel that serves our purpose such as location is it not too far from the airport. Breakfast choices are limited and average in quality, service at the restaurant can be improved as the staff could be more courteous and practise better customer service.
JJoo Heng MelvynDrastic improvement of maintenance and housekeeping needed. This hotel is surely not a 4 or 5 star hotel. I checked in late at night and the rooms had no bath towels, no hand towels, no floor towels. This was rectified when I went down to the reception. However for the next 3 days, my towels were not replaced and in fact my smaller towels were taken away and never replaced. The washroom pattern is 1990s very spartan but clean. The aircon was not cool enough leading to a rather uncomfortable sleeping environment. If mine was the only room experiencing these issues, the hotel would be forgiven. But my group had total 5 rooms and all experienced the same issues. The location of the hotel is fabulous. The breakfast is good. The rooms are very good size and generally clean. The shower pressure is awesome. It is really a shame that the upkeep and software of this hotel just does not cut it. Built in 2018, the hotel looks like it was built in the 1980s. I am sad to report such bad reviews but it has been a disappointing stay especially when the price paid does not commensurate with the quality.

WWongAaronOverall is good. Need to prepare some mosquitoes spray 😂
Would recommend foreigner travel there with car rental as there is nothing much shop/restaurant around. Unless you don’t mind just stay in the hotel.
